4 Product Name Unification What is the name unification initiative? Citrix will move this year to a product naming framework that centers on and amplifies Citrix. All products will be named Citrix + function (e.g., Citrix SD- WAN, Citrix Analytics), and features will be given descriptive names. Why is Citrix unifying its product names? We have a clear narrative, unified leadership, and engaged teams, and we re bigger than an array of product names. We re Citrix. And together we re building a better way to work. Customers and sellers alike want to easily understand the portfolio, its connection to the Citrix brand, and our value. Supporting our customers, partners, and business strategy means being able to explain the value of what we have to offer. Having unified names makes that easier, and is more consistent with our values. Unifying Citrix is part of our corporate strategy, and supports how we are already building solutions. 4

7 Cloud Hybrid Rights Update

8 Hybrid Rights License Effective June 29, 2018 Citrix will be making the following new license available. Hybrid Rights, currently a key feature of Citrix Cloud transition and trade-ups, will now also be available as an add-on for customers who purchase certain Citrix Cloud services outside of a transition or trade-up program. With this new license, customers can add-on the right to deploy either the cloud service or the traditional software on-premises for an equivalent duration of time, to new and existing cloud subscriptions, giving customers the ultimate flexibility and control in this hybrid cloud world. With Hybrid Rights, customers get the same updates, upgrades and support for traditional on-premises XenApp and/or XenDesktop software as if they had purchased Customer Success Services for on-premises XenApp and/or XenDesktop. 8

9 Hybrid Rights License 1. All Citrix Cloud Services require minimum purchase 25 subscriptions 2. Customers must purchase the quantity of add-ons equal to the quantity of the base service 3. All Citrix Cloud Services are sold as an annual subscription which includes 24x7x365 unlimited worldwide technical support and product version upgrades. There is a specific IBER campaign to replace the Citrix Legacy install base. The EMEA 2018 Network Appliance Trade-IT and Save-IT Program allows customers purchasing a new Citrix networking appliance to recoup part of their investment in a previously acquired Citrix networking appliance. The promo will support a refresh campaign for Networking appliances that have reached End of Sale ( EOS ) or End of Life ( EOL ) in EMEA.
