Quotations supplied by SolarWorld Americas are valid for 30 days after date of entry. SolarWorld Americas charges a minimum order surcharge of US$ 250 for all orders less than US$ 1,000 (net). Minimum order quantities may apply to some components purchased separately. Freight included for Sunkits (DG10): Shipping in the Continental U.S. for Sunkits is still included in the listed price. Product will be shipped standard ground FOB Shipping Point Freight Allowed. Any special shipping requirements may incur additional charges that will be billed at cost to your account. "Freight included" only applies to items ordered under 10 from this price list. All other special pricing, programs, and individual component purchases DO NOT include shipping in the listed prices. What to do if goods are damaged or lost during shipping: Damaged or lost goods must be immediately noted on the shipping note and signed by the deliverer. A copy of the shipping note must be faxed immediately to SolarWorld Americas service center together with the order or delivery number (Service Center Fax : ). Concealed transport damages: It is the policy of SolarWorld Americas that concealed transport damages must be reported to the shipper within five working days. Returned goods: All Sales are final. Only goods may be returned which have a claim notification number from SolarWorld Americas.
