Fix It Project 11H Employer Letter For Project 11H, you will need the following files: New blank Word document w11h_employer_letter w11h_employer_satisfaction Lastname_Firstname_11H_Employer_Letter Lastname_Firstname_11H_Employer_Code In this project, you will create a letter from Sharon Reynolds, Employer Coordinator for the Greater Baltimore Job Fair, to a local engineering company regarding upcoming job fairs. Navigate to your student files, open the file w11h_employer_letter, and save it to your Word Chapter 11 folder as a macro-enabled document with the file name Lastname_Firstname_11H_Employer_Letter To complete the project, you must correct the following: The file name should be inserted in the footer and document properties added that include the tags employer letter, macros To the left of the paragraph that begins I ve also attached, a page break should be inserted. The chart in the student file w11h_employer_satisfaction should be embedded in the second blank paragraph on Page 2 of the document. Data labels should be added to the outside end of the data points, and the chart should be center aligned horizontally. The AdjustListIndents Word command (macro) should be run to change the bullet position to 0.1 and the text indent to 0.4. In the Visual Basic Editor, with NewMacros for the Normal template selected in the Project pane, the following macro code for a Quotes macro should be typed: Sub Quotes() Quotes Macro created by Firstname Lastname Selection.InsertBefore Chr$(147) Selection.InsertAfter Chr$(148) By displaying the Macro dialog box, the Quotes macro should be applied to the text in each of the three bulleted paragraphs, excluding the name of the individual and company. A new document should be saved to your Word Chapter 11 folder as Lastname_ Firstname_11H_Employer_Code The image of your Quotes macro code should be pasted in this document, and then the Quotes macro should be deleted. Assign a keyboard command to the macro. Insert a comment in the macro code that describes the keyboard command. Embed the file w11j_career_services, and then change the theme to Ion. Link the file Lastname_Firstname_11J_Survival_Guide, displayed as an icon with an appropriate caption. Open the linked file and run the macro. Save a new document in your Word Chapter 11 folder as Lastname_Firstname_11J_ Support_Code Paste an image of your macro code, and then delete the macro. For all three documents, insert the file name in the footer and add appropriate document properties. Delete the macro you created, and then print all three documents or submit electronically as directed by your instructor. Search the Internet for information related to success at job fairs. Save a new macro-enabled document as Lastname_Firstname_11M_Jobseeker_Tips Using the data you find, in your own words, create a one-page document including bulleted items that would be useful for jobseekers. Create a macro that inserts that name of the organization and the phone number (410) as formatted text in the header of any document. Insert an appropriate description of the macro as a comment. For the bulleted items, run the AdjustListIndents macro to adjust the bullet position and text indent. Save a second, new macro-enabled document as Lastname_Firstname_11M_Tips_Memo Create a memo from you to Joyce Spinoza, Registration Coordinator.
