10 Bid Validity Your bid should be valid for 60 days. Bid Security Documents Comprising the Bid Sealing and marking of Bids Not required. The following documents must be included in the Bid submission:. Duly filled, signed and stamped price schedule. 2. Business Registration Certificate (If the bidder is a registered business) 3. The envelope consisting of your offer should be sealed and on the left hand corner of the envelop should be printed/written as; Notice of Sale- 205/00 Sale of Items Method of Bid Submission Deadline for Submission of Bids Evaluation of Bids Your offer comprising of all required documents should be sent by courier service/delivered to Supply Chain Management Office, UNDP Country Office, UNOCA Complex, Jalalabad Road, Kabul Afghanistan. Your Bid comprising of all required documents should be received by UNDP Afghanistan before 2.00 p.m, Kabul Time on 28 July 205 (Tuesday). Each Lot will be evaluated separately and the bidder offering the highest bid will be selected for sale of items with respect to each lot. Notification to Successful Bidders Movements of Items UNDP will notify all successful bidders upon completion of bid evaluation. Upon receipt of notification from UNDP, within 48 hours, the successful bidders should make payment and remove all relevant items from UNDP premises.
