3 ATS 6.00 Release Notes This document provides a brief explanation of what was fixed and implemented with this release of Advanced Title Search Release Date: June 17, 2013 Post-Installation Considerations On the day of the release, it is highly recommended that you delete Temporary Internet Files and History prior to logging into ATS. Deleting Temporary Internet Files and History (MS Article ID: ) The Temporary Internet Files (or cache) folder contains web page content that is stored on your hard disk for quick viewing. This cache permits Internet or MSN Explorer to download only the content that has changed since you last viewed a web page instead of downloading all the content for the page every time it is displayed. Administrators can customize Temporary Internet File settings to prevent modifications. Contact your System Administrator if you cannot access the Internet Options dialog box or the General tab. Steps 1. With Internet Explorer open, click the Tools icon. 2. Select Internet Options. The Internet Properties dialog box displays. 3. On the General tab, locate Browsing history and click thedelete button. The Delete Browsing History dialog box displays. 4. Select Temporary Internet Files. 5. Select Delete. 6. When complete, click OK. If you are using Firefox to access ATS, complete the following steps to delete Temporary Internet Files and History on the day of the release. Steps 1. With the Firefox browser open, click the drop-down menu, move your cursor over History and select Clear Recent History; or Click Tools from the toolbar and select Clear Recent History. 2. From the Time range to clear drop-down, select Everything. 3. Select only Browsing & Download History and Cache. 4. Click Clear Now. 5. When the items are cleared, close all Firefox browsers, then reopen Firefox. Note Be patient when performing this task, if the Temporary Internet Files folder contains a significant amount of web page content, then this process may take several minutes to complete. 4 Fixes The following items were corrected in Advanced Title Search 6.00: ST CO Community Corrected an issue with the SKLD data source so that Alpha characters are allowed in the book/page fields. ST OH Community Corrected an issue with saving Franklin, OH tax documents. The Franklin, OH county tax site will now provide the values for first and second installments, as well as assessed values. Corrected an issue with viewing images from the DG data source. FTS Community Corrected an issue with some update orders not being accepted. Corrected an issue with the Broward, FL AO site changing the city name to a incorrect value. ST KC Community Corrected an issue with middle initial filtering in the Clay, MO recorder site. Corrected an issue with viewing certain images from the Clay, MO recorder site. TSS Community Corrected an issue with the Brentwood City taxes displaying incorrect values for Base Amount and Delinquent Amount. ST IL Community Corrected an issue with a site warning message displaying for the AD data source when no results were found. All Communities The Georgia county name of Athens-Clarke has been corrected to Clarke. Advanced Title Search 6.00 Release Notes June

5 Enhancements FTS Community The ATI Parent Site has updated with the following enhancements: o o Allows multiple Instrument Numbers or Book/Pages to be entered. Allows a wildcard character for the Source on Instrument Number and Book/Page Searches. For a quicker response time, the source type should be selected if it is known. A warning message will now appear at the bottom of the TSR Index page if the legal/land search was unable to be performed during the automatic search. ST OH Community The Franklin County Common Pleas Court has been added as a data source. The Franklin County Municipal Court has been added as a data source. ST KC Community Platte County, MO orders will have a new option to retrieve images from DataTree if they are available. For documents with no attached image, hover over the item in the DS column and select Search for Image. If the image is retrieved, it will be displayed for verification, and attached to the document. 6 All Communities AIM+ sites utilizing the integration with SureClose can now have the images from ATS filed into a SureClose document section called ATS Divider. The images will be named with the ATS Category, Sub-category and recording number. ATS will no longer run an automatic search on Update orders if the original search is more than 12 months old. A warning message will be displayed at the bottom of the TSR Index page. The update search can be manually ran using the Parent Site, but additional data source expenses may be incurred.
