3 ATS 5.29 Release Notes This document provides a brief explanation of what was fixed and implemented with this release of Advanced Title Search Release Date: May 17, 2013 Post-Installation Considerations On the day of the release, it is highly recommended that you delete Temporary Internet Files and History prior to logging into ATS. Deleting Temporary Internet Files and History (MS Article ID: ) The Temporary Internet Files (or cache) folder contains web page content that is stored on your hard disk for quick viewing. This cache permits Internet or MSN Explorer to download only the content that has changed since you last viewed a web page instead of downloading all the content for the page every time it is displayed. Administrators can customize Temporary Internet File settings to prevent modifications. Contact your System Administrator if you cannot access the Internet Options dialog box or the General tab. Steps 1. With Internet Explorer open, click the Tools icon. 2. Select Internet Options. The Internet Properties dialog box displays. 3. On the General tab, locate Browsing history and click thedelete button. The Delete Browsing History dialog box displays. 4. Select Temporary Internet Files. 5. Select Delete. 6. When complete, click OK. If you are using Firefox to access ATS, complete the following steps to delete Temporary Internet Files and History on the day of the release. Steps 1. With the Firefox browser open, click the drop-down menu, move your cursor over History and select Clear Recent History; or Click Tools from the toolbar and select Clear Recent History. 2. From the Time range to clear drop-down, select Everything. 3. Select only Browsing & Download History and Cache. 4. Click Clear Now. 5. When the items are cleared, close all Firefox browsers, then reopen Firefox. Note Be patient when performing this task, if the Temporary Internet Files folder contains a significant amount of web page content, then this process may take several minutes to complete. 4 Fixes The following items were corrected in Advanced Title Search 5.29: ST NV Community The property address will no longer be parsed into the ATS order from the Washoe County tax site. Corrected an issue with images not being downloaded during the automatic search. ST OH Community Corrected an issue with an invalid NB reference document being saved. ST KC Community Corrected an issue with documents not being saved due to an invalid filter being applied. Corrected an issue with automatic search results being limited to 20 hits per search in Platte County, MO. TSS Community The Coffee County, TN MISCELLANEOUS document sub-categories have been changed to match those available in Davidson County, TN. Corrected an issue with ATS becoming unresponsive when moving to the TSRI page on certain orders. Corrected issues with incorrect data being saved from the Williamson County tax site. ST IL Community Corrected an issue with the incorrect tax year document being saved from the tax site. All Communities Corrected an issue with Filter by Search Type not refreshing correctly. 5 Enhancements FTS Community The PI (Property Insight) Parent Site data source has been enabled for all FL counties. This site can be used to retrieve images not available on other sites. ST NV Community The following new document sub-categories have been added: o MISCELLANEOUS/Patent o MISCELLANEOUS/Patent NV o MISCELLANEOUS/Patent USA o MORTGAGE/MERS Deed of Trust The Buyers names will now be searched in the GI Index during automatic searches. ST OH Community The Franklin County, OH Auditor site has been added as a data source. All Communities The Washington County, MD tax site has been added as a data source. Implemented the site as the RO data source for all Maryland counties, including the City of Baltimore. The Remarks column of the TSRI for completed orders will now contain all References and Notes. These can be viewed by clicking on the T link from the ATS dashboard, or by clicking the correct document link in Orders Gateway (Document ending in tsr.html and marked as Internal Only ).
