3 ATS 5.22 Release Notes This document provides a brief explanation of what was fixed and implemented with this release of Advanced Title Search Release Date: October 22, 2012 Post-Installation Considerations On the day of the release, it is highly recommended that you delete Temporary Internet Files and History prior to logging into ATS. Deleting Temporary Internet Files and History (MS Article ID: ) The Temporary Internet Files (or cache) folder contains web page content that is stored on your hard disk for quick viewing. This cache permits Internet or MSN Explorer to download only the content that has changed since you last viewed a web page instead of downloading all the content for the page every time it is displayed. Administrators can customize Temporary Internet File settings to prevent modifications. Contact your System Administrator if you cannot access the Internet Options dialog box or the General tab. Steps 1. With Internet Explorer open, click the Tools icon. 2. Select Internet Options. The Internet Properties dialog box displays. 3. On the General tab, locate Browsing history and click thedelete button. The Delete Browsing History dialog box displays. 4. Select Temporary Internet Files. 5. Select Delete. 6. When complete, click OK. If you are using Firefox to access ATS, complete the following steps to delete Temporary Internet Files and History on the day of the release. Steps 1. With the Firefox browser open, click the drop-down menu. 2. Move your cursor over History and select Clear Recent History. 3. From the Time range to clear drop-down, select Everything. 4. Select only Browsing & Download History and Cache. 5. Click Clear Now. 6. When the items are cleared, close all Firefox browsers, then reopen Firefox. Note Be patient when performing this task, if the Temporary Internet Files folder contains a significant amount of web page content, then this process may take several minutes to complete. 4 Fixes The following items were corrected in Advanced Title Search 5.22: ST CO Community ST NV Community ST KC Community FTS Community TSS Community All Communities The document type of CDODCL has been remapped to CCER/Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Corrected an issue with accessing the Routt County Tax Site. The NED document in Gunnison County has been remapped to LIEN/Notice of Election and Demand. Corrected an issue with retrieving Larimer County images from DataTree. The document type of CCRMOD has been remapped to MODIFICATION/Modification. Corrected an issue with searching by ARB in Washoe County. Corrected an issue with accessing the Platte, MO RO site. Corrected an issue with accessing the Alachua, FL tax site (TR). The document type of DC has been remapped to RESTRICTION/Restrictions. Corrected an issue with the Palm Beach County tax amount. Corrected an issue with saving the tax document for Lee County orders. Corrected an issue with accessing the Montgomery, TN tax site (TR). Corrected an issue with accessing the Warren, TN tax site (TR). Corrected an issue with accessing the Madison, TN tax site (TR). Corrected an issue with the Document Description being incorrect on uploaded documents. Corrected an issue where the TSR would not complete for Van Buren County orders. Corrected an issue with images not uploading to SSF due to invalid characters in the instrument number field. ATS will now validate the characters in the instrument number field before allowing the user to continue. Corrected an issue with incorrect Session Timeouts. 5 Enhancements ST NV Community Implementation of the DTG data source in Carson City and Lyon County. Added the following document sub-categories: o CCER/Easement NVXEV o CCER/Easement NVXEAV o CCER/Easement NVXRW45 o CCER/Easement NVXRES ST CO Community The automatic search for Huerfano County has been enabled. ATS will no longer search the Stewart Starter Files data source if the street name starts with the word Vacant. ST KC Community Added document sub-category MORTGAGE/Foreclosing Deed of Trust. The ST KC Community is being merged into the FTS Community. TSS Community The City of Spring Hill, City of Nolensville and Thompson Station city tax sites have been added as data sources in Williamson County, TN. The Sullivan County tax site has been added as a data source. Additions, renaming and remapping of document types and sub-categories have been implemented. FTS Community The AO sites for the following counties are now integrated with ATS: o Brevard o Broward o Hillsborough o Miami-Dade o Orange PICSS Community The automatic searching in DataTrace for FL Counties has been enabled. 6 All Communities The MERS Registry has been added as a parent site data source. ATS will no longer pull in cross-referenced documents from the NB, AO and TR data sources if the bootstrapping is disabled for that source. A new option has been added to the list when hovering over the DS column of the TSR Index. The Search and Upload option can be used if an image was previously saved to Stewart Starter Files incorrectly. This option will request the correct image from your image provider and replace the one on SSF if it is found. It automatically displays the image for you to verify that the correct image was found.
