Course Catalog: Access the entire Leadership Advantage catalog by category or search for specific content. Leadership Channel: Use this to access a range of leadership videos and live events. Certificates: View the curriculum guide (PDF), or check your progress on certificate requirements. Filter search results by content type (e.g., videos or books). For example, searching for organizational culture and then filtering for Videos generates dozens of relevant results.

All users are automatically enrolled in the three learning programs associated with the SLP Level 2: Leadership Advantage certificates (Business Acumen, Team Development, Self Development). Rather than classes or sessions, Skillsoft organizes content into leadership tracks, each of which has a multitude of assets, including summaries, scenarios, self-tests, and a post-assessment. Once you choose a leadership track to pursue, click LAUNCH. A new browser window will open. TIP: YOU MAY NEED TO DISABLE POP-UP BLOCKERS FOR CONTENT TO LAUNCH. You ll be presented with a screen with a short description of the track and buttons to jump to The Essentials. The various buttons direct you to content in brief as well as in more depth. The track index provides another means of accessing content. Access the index in the header. Content is listed by type.

If you don t receive at least 80%, you can retake the post-assessment at any time. If you are pursuing an SLP Level 2: Leadership Advantage certificate, you must receive at least 80% in each of the required tracks as well as the specified number of elective tracks. TIP: LEARN MORE ABOUT CERTIFICATES HERE: Resuming your learning: You can access Leadership Advantage as you have time even if just a few minutes. There are two ways you can easily pick up where you left off and resume your learning. Note that if you are not actively using Skillsoft, the system may time out and you may need to log in again so knowing how to resume your learning will save you time.
