1 Swimming Development Timetable 19 March 2018 to 25 June 2018 Please read the following booking notes before completing and returning your application form. The level you / your child has been assessed for is detailed in your Choose the appropriate level class from the timetable. Class codes are set as follows: o A for Allander classes o K for Kirkintilloch classes o L for Leisuredrome classes o Adult, Aqua Active and Disability classes have separate codes The first number of each code refers to the level The rest of the numbers are not specific All classes are 30 minutes unless otherwise stated Classes run for 12 weeks, except Friday - Sunday classes which run for 10 weeks There will be a break for Easter and the long May weekend Check the following before submitting the webform: You have completed all personal details including address and previous class You have made as many class selections as possible You have a completed the medical declaration Do not include payment, payment instructions will be advised. Once we receive your application form Your booking will be dealt with on a first come first served basis You shall receive a class confirmation within 10 working days of receipt of your application o If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 days, check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us. Payment must be made by the date shown in your confirmation ed and WILL NOT be accepted on the first day of lessons. Do not destroy your receipt (if paying by phone. note the date and time you paid). This will help us with any payment enquiries.

2 SYNCHRONISED SWIMMING - New Class - Special Offer Half price when booked with any other class! 12 weeks: (Passport to Leisure 32.40) 60 minute class This class is open to both boys and girls. Participants will learn Tubs, Oysters, Flamingos and Rocket Splits all necessary moves in synchronised swimming. All swimmers must be able to confidently swim 25meters (Level 6 and above). Tue 1645 KSS MINI POLO FUN - New Class - Special Offer Half price when booked with any other class! 12 weeks: (Passport to Leisure 23.40). This class introduces the fundamentals of this exciting team sport, children will learn ball handling skills, basic team work and of course, play games of polo.
