2 Important information for old Perfect Typist User If you have this type of dongles then you continue with Perfect Typist Ver 5 and it work on Windows Xp, 7 and 8.1. This type of dongles are not working with Perfect Typist Ver 5 And windows 8.1 or higher. If you have this type of dongles then do not install Perfect Typist Ver 5. 3 Installation Guide for Perfect Typist Congratulation for buying Perfect Typist. This package is Bangla Hindi language (Text) processing software. Here we are providing the necessary guidelines for proper installation of the software. For trouble free operation full installation of the software is recommended. Before going ahead with your Installation you are requested to go through the following important notification - Important: During installation some file will be added and some may be updated. While installing Perfect Typist, some of the files may be updated. Screen prompt will seek permission to update. If updating is not opted installation will not be proper. After updating files, it may be necessary to reboot your system as per screen prompt. After rebooting start Setup again. While adding files, the golden rule is to retain the most recent files. If supplied files by installer are older than the same files in your system retain (Keep) the existing files in your system following the screen prompt. During installation if, due to any reason, installer indicates that access violation for some file occurred, you are to ignore this warning and continue with the installation process. Please read carefully Perfect Typist Installation procedure given below. Check List Please check the list below:- You should receive One Perfect Typist CD with brief user guides. OneUSBDongle. System Requirement: Hardware Requirement Processor Clock Speed - Minimum 2000 MHz Free hard Disk Space - Minimum 100 MB RAM (Memory) - Minimum 512MB (1 GB Preferred) USB Port Standard Mouse and Keyboard Software / OS Requirement Operating System - Windows Xp/Win7/Win8.1 Perfect Typist Installation Close all presently running programs. If you want to check the CD itself for Virus, this should be done before running the installation program.

4 You Must Temporarily stop AntiVirus programs for smouth Setup. Importemt for Win 8.1 User Before runing setup you need to follow this steps. 1. Open Control Panel. Administrative Tool may be found on Control Panel or under System and Security menu. 2. Open Administrative Tool. 3. Open Local Security Policy 4. Open Local Policy

5 5. Expand Local Policies and select Security Option. 6. Scroll Down Right Side windows to bottom. 7. Right Click on User Account Control: Run all administrators in admin appr... Click on Properties 8. Open Setting.

6 9. Click on Disabled and then Click on Apply. Press Ok and Restart the windows. Importemt for Win 7 User Before running setup you need to follow this steps. 1. Go to start then Control Panel. Click On System and Security Or Click On Active Center. Click On Change User Account Control Setting. Or

7 Click On Change User Account Control Setting. Change Default to Never notify. Press Ok. And Restart the system. If you do not follow the steps, Perfect Typist will not run properly on Win 7, Win 8.1.

8 Installing Perfect Typist Insert the Perfect Typist CD into your CD/DVD Drive Click Setup.exe. Click On OK.

9 Click On Perfect Typist Icon for continue. Click On Continue. Click On Yes. For Win 7

10 Click On OK for complete the installation. You must restart the system after setup completion.

11 Plug in the Usb Dongle. Plug in the Dongle on one empty USB port. You can find out it backside of your system or in the fontpannel USB port of your system. A new hardware found massage appears on screen. Installing Fonts on Windows 7 and Upper OS 1. Open our CD/DVD 2. Open Fonts Folder. 3. Open Bangla Folder (or as per your requirement). 4. Open Bangla Folder PS Folder (or as per your requirement). 5. Open Normal Folder (or as per your requirement). 5. Select All (Ctrl + A) (or as per your requirement).press right mouse bottom And Press Install.

12 6.If any error occurs please ignore. Installing Fonts on Windows Xp Start>Control Panel>Fonts Double Click to open Fonts icon. If you do not find Fonts icon on Control Panel then click on 'Switch to Classic View menu.

13 Go to 'File' and Click on 'Install New Font' Change Drives to CD/DVD Drive > Change Folder > Select All >OK N.B. For P.M. user install fonts from PS Folder and For Word/ PhotoShopCS2/CS3/CS4 user install TTF folder fonts. Starting Perfect Typist Run Perfect Typist from Start>Programs or All Programs>Perfect Solution for Start Perfect Typist

14 Or Create a Shortcut to Desktop. and Run Perfect Typist. You Find Perfect Typist On Taskbar. Now you are ready for using Perfect Typist. Open PageMaker/Word Select PT-N-Arunima/PT N Arunima fonts. Press F6 Active Fonts change to 'Bangla'. 'BN' shows on taskbar. Type k for Ü K for á d for 'Link' key. The default setting of Perfect Typist now working. Perfect Typist Control Panel

15 Active Font Names Select an English font name on 'English' Dropdown set a Font point size. Select a Bangla font name on 'Bangla' Dropdown set a Font point size. Select a Hindi font name on 'Hindi' Dropdown set a Font point size. Exp- on English setting 'Times New Roman 12 Point'. On Bangla setting 'PT-N-Arunima 14 Point'. On Hindi setting 'PT-H-Anupam 14 Point'. Active Keyboard Layout Default Bangla and Hindi Keyboard Layout is TopType Like 'k for Ü - K for á d for 'Link' key'.

16 You can select your own layout here. For viewing or creating or modification or printing click Bangla Layout/ Hindi Layout. For viewing 'Shift' value press 'Shift' key on your keyboard. Click on 'Option On' for Create/Modification/Print of layout. You can Backup, Restore, New, Modify, Remove, Print of layout. HotKey

17 Hotkey help us to change language between English/Bangla/Hindi. Our defaults Hotkey is F2/F5/F6. F2 for English. F5 for Hindi. And F6 for Bangla. You can also set Num Lock "0" or F5 as 'Hotkey'. Application Type Select Your Application Type. Advance Option Click on Advance Option. Auto Font Change It is unique fixture. If you active this option then Font and point size will be change automatically. Set the application type. PM6.5 is default. Procedure- Start PM6.5/Word. Open the document. Take Text mode. Press Trap key (For F2/F5F6 orf5) F8. PM6.5/Word will be become inactive. Click in writing area. And then press Language Hotkey (F5/F6). Start writing. Font and point size will be changed automatically set as default Font name and size. For Auto Font Change on PM 7 Run Pm7 Patch. Auto E-Kar, O-Kar If you active this option ˆ and! comes fonts of the character. After typing Ü if we type ˆ then its become ˆÜ. Auto ˆ yèüèˆ Ô can also be used. Close Perfect Typist If your Hot Key is (F2/F5/F6) or (F5) then press F9 to close Perfect Typist. If your Hot Key is Num Lock 0 then press Num Lock 9 to close Perfect Typist.
