1 HOW TO EDIT SIGNATURE ON WEBMAIL August 2016

2 To Edit Your Signature 1. Go to on CBRE SSO section 2. Type your Address and Password and click Sign in. CBRE Page 1 of 11

3 3. Successful login 4. Click icon and then click Options at the top right corner. 5. Window will open for the Option page; click on the Shortcuts menu on the left. CBRE Page 2 of 11

4 6. Click Add an signature on Shortcuts page. 7. Window will open for the Signature page on the right and then hold this page. CBRE Page 3 of 11

5 8. Go to *(Supported only up to Internet Explorer version 8) 9. Please select your service line and then click GO button. CBRE Page 4 of 11

6 10. Type your Firstname, Lastname, Position, Telephone and Mobile Number and then select Project Name and then click Generate button. 11. System will pop-up new window with your signature. CBRE Page 5 of 11

7 12. Please right click on white space and then Select all or use push button Ctrl + A. 13. Please right click on white space and then Copy or use push button Ctrl + C. CBRE Page 6 of 11

8 14. Return to Webmail Page (mail.office365.com) from (7) and delete your existing signature. CBRE Page 7 of 11

9 15. Paste in the new Signature. Add your information and contact details. Remember that you must follow the CBRE template. *Remark On webmail, you cannot right click in order to Paste. You may push button Ctrl + V instead. 11 To Check if Your New Signature is Correct 1. Go to your mailbox. 2. Click New and select message at the top of list section. CBRE Page 10 of 11

12 3. It will show a new message with your signature. Check if your signature is correct. If not, please return to Step 4 and repeat. CBRE Page 11 of 11
