2 Summary of Key New Features: Improved VIN Bar Code Scanner now accommodates all major auction code types including 128 (Adesa) and QR codes Photo/video capability take photos or videos right within the app, store them on the handheld, and easily attach them to the appropriate vehicle in the QList to values and media all at once User can now send vehicles in the QList one at a time (with media attached) and in improved format. No longer limited to sending the entire list at the same time but this can still be done if desired (without media attached) Other design/usability improvements per user input 2

9 Photo/Video Capability Press to take photo Press to start taking video: button will change to the Stop button below Press to close and return to vehicle values Press to attach recorded media to QList vehicle (creates QList entry) Press the Stop button to stop the video recording. The red dot will stop flashing and the Stop button will change back to the Record button. 9

10 QList buttons review Values button takes user back to vehicle values for selected QList vehicle (touch Values button, then vehicle info in QList to go back to that vehicle s values). No change from previous release. 10

11 QList buttons review The Edit button takes user to an edit screen where additional information can be added related to the selected QList vehicle. asks user to confirm deletion of the selected QList vehicle entry (touch Delete button, then vehicle info in QList to proceed with editing that vehicle). No change from previous release. 11

12 QList buttons review The Delete button asks user to confirm deletion of the selected QList vehicle entry (touch Delete button, then vehicle info in QList to proceed with deleting that vehicle). No change from previous release. 12

13 QList buttons review The Media button allows user to select a vehicle from the QList for photos/videos addition/deletion, or for sending media-appended single QList entries to interested parties. This functionality is new with the October 2011 release. 13

15 Media Page Interface Multiple photos/videos can be added to a given QList vehicle here. Photos have an embedded camera icon, while videos have an embedded film icon The blue arrow takes the user to either an enlarged version of each photo or a run of the actual video - depending on the media type. 15

18 Media Page Sub-Menus The QList button takes the user back to the QList entries page. 18

19 Media Page Sub-Menus The camera icon takes the user back to the photo/video interface page to take and attach new pictures/video of the QList vehicle. Note: Media attachments are not stored in memory, so any future updates will not wipe them out. 19

20 Media Page Sub-Menus The film roll icon takes the user to the camera roll area of his/her mobile device. Easy access to an existing photo or video to add it to a given vehicle. Touch the desired picture on the roll to return with selected item added. 20

21 Media Page Sub-Menus The trash can icon lets the user detach a media item from the vehicle s list Touch the checkbox to make it green, then touch the trash can icon to remove the item The removed media item will still be on the mobile device for later use. 21

22 Media Page Sub-Menus The write icon lets the user the green checkbox media items along with vehicle values to one or more recipients. Touch the write icon to open an window interface with values, selected media items attached (after being compressed). 22

24 Single QList entry w/ media file size warning: Pre-send warning lets user know that system file size limitations could apply in the event an 8+ MB file is attached. Video/photo compression built into the app should eliminate most issues; warning message only appears if attachments are in fact >= 8MB. 24

29 Additional updates The Button Bar (Share App, Vehicle Image, Take Photo/Video buttons) has been relocated below the VIN number area to keep all data entry buttons in the same region of the screen and allow better separation. This keeps the user focused on immediate (data entry) tasks. 29

30 Additional updates VIN entry cancel button added to the right hand side of the manual VIN entry screen separate from the Select button. This makes it easier for users to either select (confirm VIN entry) or cancel out of the screen. 30
