WHO PROVIDES WHAT ON APPRENTICESHIPS? The training provider or college offers the opportunity for apprentices to develop skills and knowledge in the classroom or in workshops and can facilitate work placements with employers. The employer provides the student with the practical experience and support to put what s been learnt to the test. WHAT ARE APPRENTICESHIP FRAMEWORKS? These describe the qualifications that an apprentice has to achieve to successfully complete an Apprenticeship. They re currently designed by Sector Skills Councils.
