The total parcel including Career Center, Henry ES, and Arlington Community HS is 12.6 acres. The Career Center building is 96,400 total SF, including 9,700 SF County library. Relocate SWAT vehicle, staff bus, communications van and bomb squad trailer. Prefer to be colocated with Police Mobile Equipment.
