7 REPLACE TERMINAL PAN TILT ZOOM (PTZ) CAMERAS WITH MEGA PIXEL IP CAMERAS SECOND QUARTER 2012 Replacement of existing analog PTZ cameras with Internet Protocol (IP) Mega Pixel cameras throughout the Terminals.
8 PERIMETER SECURITY CAMERA UPGRADES SECOND QUARTER 2012 Replacement of 25 Internet Protocol (IP) analog cameras with IP thermal cameras to support video analytics on the airside perimeter.

11 AIRFIELD STORM DRAINAGE INLET PIPE REHABILITATION AND EROSION CONTROL, PHASE V THIRD QUARTER 2013 Rehabilitate and seal portions of the underground airfield stormwater drainage system. Repair concrete inlets and erosion problems around various storm drainage inlets and structures.
12 HVAC IMPROVEMENT TO SHOP 1 AND VEHICLE BODY SHOP THIRD QUARTER 2013 Install new air handling unit with energy recovery and new chilled water piping that will tie-in in to the central cooling plant.
13 DULLES EAST BUILDING REHABILITATION PHASE 1 FOURTH QUARTER 2012 Upgrade life-safety systems issues, address ADA compliance requirements and rehabilitation to the mechanical systems.
14 JP MORGAN CHASE BUILDING HVAC SYSTEM CONNECTION ENERGY MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM FOURTH QUARTER 2012 Establish an EMCS connection to the mechanical room and major mechanical equipment (air handlers, chillers, boilers, etc) serving the JP Morgan Chase Building.
15 CARPET REPLACEMENT SECOND QUARTER 2013 Replace the carpet in Temporary Mobile Lounge Docks at the Main Terminal, and grey wall carpet in Plane-Mates.
16 PLANE MATE LIFT CONTROLLER SYSTEM UPGRADE PHASE II THIRD QUARTER 2013 Replace obsolete electronic passenger pod and electronic controllers on Plane-Mates. Phase II will consist of the rehab of 10 Plane-Mate units.
17 PLANE MATE LIFT TRANSITION DEVICE AND TRUNTABLE REHABILITATION, PHASE I THIRD QUARTER 2013 Rehabilitate Plane-Mate lift transition devices and truntables on all 30 units.
18 BRIDGE REPAIR AND REHABILITATION ON THE DULLES AIRPORT ACCESS HIGHWAY SECOND QUARTER 2013 Repair and rehabilitate bridges along the Dulles Airport Access Highway to include the Aviation Drive bridge, Eastbound bridge over the W&OD trail, Westbound bridge over the W&OD trail and the Westbound bridge over Hunter Mill Road.
19 ROADWAY SIGNAGE REHABILITATION SECOND QUARTER 2013 Provide for the replacement of severely fading roadway overhead signs.

25 NEXT GENERATION PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM SECOND QUARTER 2013 Migration to the next generation radio communications system from the current 800 MHz radio communications.
26 TERMINAL B/C LONG TERM RE- DEVELOPMENT (A/E SOLICITATION) FIRST QUARTER 2013 Design services for the redevelopment of Terminal B and C. The first phase is envisioned to include security and concession improvements at the North and Middle Concourse transepts, a Terminal C secure connector, and a new north facility for regional carriers.
27 TERMINAL A LONG TERM RE- DEVELOPMENT (A/E SOLICITATION) FIRST QUARTER 2013 Design services for the first phase effort, envisioned to include a permanent baggage claim hall for the public, the relocation of administrative space to allow the expansion of public areas, and the creation of a lower-level public curb for taxi loading and dispatch.
28 RUNWAY RSA ENHANCEMENTS EARTHWORK PACKAGE FOURTH QUARTER 2012 Provide for the filling of a portion of the river for the installation of the EMAS Bed on the end of Runway 33.
29 CAMPUS UTILITY DISTRIBUTION AND CENTRAL PLANT IMPROVEMENTS (A/E Solicitation) FIRST QUARTER 2013 Design Services to include a review of central plant facilities and primary utility distribution recognizing the growth pressures on Terminals A, B, and C. This effort will consider and incorporate appropriate Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) from the recent Energy Audit Study.
30 DESIGN SUPPORT TASK CONTRACT (A/E SOLICITATION) FIRST QUARTER 2013 Design services and support to the Design Department t to include review of design policies, cost estimation services and other professional services to the various Authority Enterprises (CCP, COMIP, R&R, CIP).

33 HANGAR 6 ROOF REPLACEMENT FOURTH QUARTER 2013 Provide for full replacement of the upper and lower roofs or Hangar 6. Installation will include a new roof membrane, insulation, and drain bodies.
34 TERMINAL A BANJO STANDBY GENERATOR UPGRADE FOURTH QUARTER 2012 To provide a new Standby Generator with transfer switches and main standby distribution panel boards for the Terminal A Banjo facility
35 TERMINAL B/C GENERATOR CONTROLS UPGRADE FIRST QUARTER 2013 Provide for new CONTROLS generator systems for Terminal B/C Facility to include replacing the existing mechanical relay controls for activating the Emergency, Legally Required and multiple step Standby Loads with an electronic controls system.
36 SOUTH HANGAR STANDBY POWER UPGRADE THIRD QUARTER 2012 Provide for a standby power distribution system for the South Hangar line.
37 DCA REPLACE ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMERS FOUTH QUARTER 2012 Provide for replacing three obsolete distribution ib ti transformers with new transformers and correcting circuitry issues

39 TAXIWAY Y RECONSTRUCTION AT TAXIWAY B FOURTH QUARTER 2012 Reconstruct Taxiway Y concrete panels from Taxiway B to Taxiway Y4
40 MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT STORAGE BUILDING FOURTH QUARTER 2012 Install pre-engineered steel structures t for storage of snow removal equipment.
41 HTHW GENERATOR REPLACEMENT FOURTH QUARTER 2012 Replacement of the existing High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) generators, demolition and removal of three existing generators and the construction of two new HTHW generators inclusive of construction phasing and commissioning testing.
42 Hydrant Fuel Line Improvements THIRD QUARTER 2013 Provide various improvements to replace and abandon old lines, to install isolation valves to protect fuel integrity, to relocate fuel hydrant pits in conjunction with the introduction of new aircraft, and to purchase a test/calibration stand for hydrant pump carts to ensure fast-but-safe refueling rates.
43 HISTORIC AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER EXTERIOR PRESERVATION FOURTH QUARTER 2012 Repair the existing roof and exterior skin exterior metal replacement and concrete restoration to include of the ATCT at the Main Terminal.
44 Concourse C/D Rehabilitation Roof Coating Repairs XXQUARTER 2013 Repair the existing roof to provide a reliable water tight installation for the next 10 years. Work to include the complete replacement of the existing membrane and flashings with a new, mechanically fastened TPO, single-ply roofing membrane installed over a cover board. Existing insulation will be maximized, however all wet areas of insulation will be replaced.
45 CARGO BUILDING REHABILITATION EXTERIOR REHABILITATION, PHASE 2 SECOND QUARTER 2013 Rehabilitate the exterior canopies for Cargo Buildings 1, 2 and 3 and upgrade the lifesaftey systems within the cargo buildings.
46 POLICE RANGE AND TRAINING FACILITY (A/E SOLICITATION) SECOND QUARTER 2013 Design services to redevelop the Police Range and Training Facility to include two pistol ranges, a rifle range, target and bullet trap systems, a training building, ancillary supply buildings, utility laterals from the Shops 2 area, and lead remediation at the old range.
47 ELECTRICAL FEEDER REPLACEMENT FOURTH QUARTER 2012 Installation of two 15KV feeders, PN1 and PN2, the demolition of the two existing PN1 and PN2 15KV feeders, and repairs to Manhole racks, grounding, fireproofing, labeling
48 IAD FIRE STATION ALERTING SYSTEM ARFF 302/303 PROJECT FIRST QUARTER 2012 Provide replacements for aging Fire Station Alerting (FSA) systems at ARFFs 302 and 303 at Dulles Airport Provide a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)-FSA System interface for all four (4) ARFFs to support enhanced dispatching through the automated transfer of CAD information
49 ELECTRICAL UNIT SUBSTATION REPLACEMENT THIRD QUARTER 2012 Project will replace old and obsolete electrical substation and control equipment in the JP Morgan Chase Building

51 MAINLINE PLAZA TUNNEL REHABILITATION AND LANE CONFIGURATION FIRST QUARTER 2013 This project will provide repairs to the Main Plaza underground access tunnel to address structural deterioration, water intrusion, and non code compliance of the tunnel s electrical system and establish additional EZ Pass lanes at the main plaza.
52 DULLES TOLL ROAD TASK DESIGN (A/E SOLICITATION) FIRST QUARTER 2013 A/E consulting services to address emerging civil and traffic engineering issues in conjunction with the Dulles Toll Road.
53 NOISE WALL REPLACEMENT SECOND QUARTER 2013 Demolition of existing noise wall and construction of new noise wall at Wolf Trap Meadows on the DTR.
54 NEW NOISE WALLS PACKAGE 1 SECOND QUARTER 2013 Construction of up to three new noise walls along the west end of the Dulles Toll Road.
55 NEW NOISE WALLS PACKAGE 2 SECOND QUARTER 2013 Construction of up to two new noise walls along the east end of the Dulles Toll Road.
56 EASTBOUND PAVEMENT REPAIRS SECOND QUARTER 2013 This work consists of pavement repairs along the eastbound Dulles Toll Road east of the Main Plaza which could result in milling and resurfacing perations. Traffic maintenance will be a significant item of work.
