Outage Management System TPDDL is the only utility in India to implement the INTEGRATED OUTAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OMS). Outage Management System helps in managing the outages efficiently by providing utility with a perfect integration platform for all systems and processes responsible for power supply related issues in the utility.
SCADA-OMS-GIS-CRM interfaced Process flow Details transferred to field crew GIS Details of the customer & Customer Count OMS Information of an Outage SCADA Details like repair history, Crew comments, ETR are also visible at SAP-CRM Outage Info. Available on mobile App Outage status was updated on TPDDL website with estimated time of restoration SAP 18 - CRM Interactive Voice Response(IVR) system
SCADA-OMS-GIS-CRM Integration (1/6) Real Time Scenario: Due to tripping in field, Real time status of the Circuit Breaker changes in SCADA/ DMS environment. Status of the circuit breaker changes in SCADA. 9/27/
SCADA-OMS-GIS-CRM Integration (2/6) OMS reference no., created for the corresponding status change in OMS Control Window List of customer affected generated based on the status change 9/27/
SCADA-OMS-GIS-CRM Integration (3/6) The whole network will be in different color to depict outage. The count of affected customer is reflected on OMS UI available at Control center as well as in field using FFA. 9/27/
SCADA-OMS-GIS-CRM Integration (4/6) Updates relate to this outage will also visible at SAP ISU module based call center. If any affected customer calls up at call the center, Call center will be able to update status of power failure and ETR 9/27/
SCADA-OMS-GIS-CRM Integration (5/6) Many other details like repair history, Crew comments, OMS order number also visible at call center 9/27/
SCADA-OMS-GIS-CRM Integration (6/6) Other detail like ETR and Power status as SCADA confirmed is also available to see at call center 9/27/
