2 Existing Projects With Changes Since the 2014 WECC Annual Progress Report Lighthipe 500/230 kv Substation Change the operating date to Conceptual Victor Loop-In Project Change the operating date to 1/2016 Mesa 500/230 kv Substation Change the operating date to 12/2020 El Segundo Change the Gen MW to 435 MW Change the operating date to 3/31/2018 New Projects To Be Included in the 2015 WECC Annual Progress Report Camino Mead Protection Upgrade 12 Description: Installation of a communication aided relaying scheme to allow the second Camino Mead line to be placed in service Date: Planned operating date of 1/2015 Santiago Synchronous Condenser Description: Project Scope: Install 225 MVAR synchronous condenser at Santiago Substation 13 Project Status: CAISO approved Facility Owner: SCE Date: Planned operating date of 12/ Colorado River -2-

3 Description: New Solar generating facility of 250 MW connecting to Colorado River 220 kv bus with a planned operating date of May 1, Date: Planned operating date of 5/1/2015 Abengoa Solar Project Description: Interconnect a 250 MW Solar Generating Facility to SCE's proposed Sandlot 220 kv Substation. Abengoa currently running as energy only.
