3 1 Elemets This bradig program, desiged for use by CASE s voluteer-ru districts, cosists of three elemets: l1 the CASE logo, l2 type ad l3 logo color. These stadards have bee developed to esure the cosistet presetatio of CASE s graphic idetity. l1 CASE Logo Two versios of the CASE logo are acceptable: Solid (right) Outlie (far right) Neither versio may be altered or redraw i ay way. The register mark must be preset whe the logo is used aloe. l2 Type Use oly selected typefaces from the Myriad Pro type family. Myriad Pro Regular Myriad Pro Bold CASE Blue ad its equivalets: Patoe CMYK RGB 3025 C C M Y K R G B l3 Logo Color Use oly black, white or CASE Blue Patoe 3025 or its RGB, CMYK or web equivalets. 5 3 CASE District Logo District Sigature A ew idetifier for each district Horizotal logo district ame is to the right of the CASE logo. The district logo is made up of the CASE logo plus the district ame. It may be assembled two ways: Horizotal logo Vertical logo Do ot alter the space betwee the logo ad district ame. 8 4 Type District Sigature Clear Space Vertical Typesettig district ame Myriad Pro is the typeface used for the district ame. District is typeset i Myriad Pro Regular. Y.2Y District District Roma umeral is typeset i Myriad Pro Bold. District logos are created for dowload i the correct type fots ad positio i relatio to the logo. 12 7 Logo sheets Logo image formats EPS JPEG PNG GIF EPS (Ecapsulated PostScript) is a vector format best used for prited desigs. JPEG (Joit Photographic Experts Group) is a file format best used for photo images. PNG (Portable Network Graphics) is a file format best used for web graphics. To dowload CASE ad CASE district logos: Go to: Vector graphics are a scalable, resolutio-idepedet format composed of idividual objects or shapes. Vector images ca be resized without loss of quality. They are ideal for logo desigs ad illustratios to be used i multiple sizes. Vector images are preferred for large sigs ad baers. EPS files are created ad edited i programs such as Adobe Illustrator. Jpegs compress images to very small files ad are preferred for web sites or for . The file ame extesio for jpegs is *.jpg. PNGs are ot restricted to the 256-color limitatio of GIF files ad have better compressio. A PNG file ca be saved with a trasparet backgroud which allows you to place your image o top of aother image without a outliig white box. PNG is useful i capturig scree shots. The format ca capture greater color depth tha other kids of image formats.
