You can find more documents and demonstration videos on the website The website also contains the latest version of this manual. 2

3 Installation 1. Choose language for the installation in the dropdown list. 2. Click on OK. 3. Click on Next. 3

4 4. Click on Install to start the installation. 5. The software requires SmartKey to be installed, click on Install to start the installation for SmartKey. 4

5 6. Click on Finish. 7. To complete the installation you will need to restart your computer. Make sure that Yes, I want to restart my computer now is checked. 8. Click on Finish. 5

6 Registration 1. Double-click the Allvis desktop icon. 6

7 2. Select language for the Allvis software. 3. Click on Close. 4. Read the terms. 5. Accept the terms. 6. Click on Go. 7

8 7. Write down or copy your Primary code, you will need it later. 8. The next step is to open up your web browser to get your unblocking code. 9. Go to the web page and click on Login. 8

9 10. Type in the username and password that you received with your software. 11. Click on Enter. 12. Enter your details. 13. Click on Confirm. 9

10 14. Click on Unblocking code. IMPORTANT! You will only get one chance to generate your unblocking code, make sure the details are correct! 15. Enter the primary code displayed in your Allvis software (see instruction in step 7). 16. Enter your serial number from your measuring system (6 digits without hyphens or spaces). 17. Click on Confirm. 10

11 18. Your unblocking code appears on the website. 19. Enter your serial number. 20. Enter your username. 21. Enter your password. 22. Enter your unblocking code (see step 18). 23. Click on Confirm. 11

12 Settings 1. Click on Settings. 2. Enter your company details. 3. To save the changes, click on Exit. 12

13 Usage 1. Click on New order. 2. Click on New Car. 3. Choose brand. 4. Choose model. 5. Click on Confirm. 6. Fill in the fields for order, customer and car. The customer name is required. 7. Choose between Before repair and After repair. 8. Click on Measure. 13

14 To view upper/under body measurements: 9. Click on UpperBody or UnderBody, the button will be disabled if measurements are missing for selected model. To view upper/under body measurements: 10. You can zoom in/out or reset to Default zoom. 11. To move around, click and hold on the image. 12. Click on Exit to return. 13. Click on a number to choose zero point. 14. Click on Proceed. 14

15 15. Choose between Engine out and Engine in. 16. Click on A, B or C to choose magnet. 17. Click on Confirmation. 18. Click on A-F to choose Extension. 19. Click on Confirmation. 15

16 20. Click on a number to choose Alignment point. 21. Click on Proceed. 22. The calibration will be displayed, if the height value (H) is a negative value, click on Choose Extension to change extension. 23. Click on the button with the printer icon to print the current page. 24. Click on Proceed. 25. Click on a number to choose measuring point. 26. Click on Proceed. 16

17 27. Fill in the actual measurements. 28. Click on Proceed to create more measurements for the same order using the same zero point. 29. The number in the topright corner will change to 2. You can have maximum 6 measurements on each measuring report, all the measurements will use the same zero point. You can move between the measurements by using the arrows to the left and to the right of the measurement number. 30. Click on a number to choose the new measuring point. 31. Click on Proceed. 17

18 32. Fill in the actual measurements. 33. If the height value is negative, click on Choose Extension. 34. To print your report, click on Print. 35. The first page contains order information. The measurements will be displayed on page 2 and forward. 36. Use the arrows to move between pages. 18

19 37. Graphic Printout: Print all pages. Print this page: Print current page. Save report: Save the measuring report on your computer. Import: Load a saved report from your computer on current order. 38. Click on Exit to return. 39. Click on Exit. 40. You can create several measuring reports for each order, select Before or After Repair and click on Measure. To review or continue with a previous order, click on Open Order. 19

20 41. To open an order to be able to make new measuring reports, select on one of the orders and then click on Confirm. 42. To view previous reports, click on Print. 43. Your report is divided into: Before/After repair Report number Page 44. You can print the entire report or choose to only print the current page. 20
