2 For Kids: New Junior Razorback Club The U of A is now offering a Junior Razorback Club for all kids in the 8 th grade or below. For a $40 annual membership fee ($25 for each additional child) your kids will receive: JR Razorback tee-shirt JR Razorback membership card and lanyard JR Razorback quarterly newsletter JR Razorback birthday card from favorite coach 10% discount at Hog Heaven with membership card 25% off certificate at Hog Heaven included with birthday card Cool gifts and prizes from sponsors Four (4) ticket vouchers to be redeemed for four (4) tickets to any game except a football or men's basketball game Invitation to a post-game private autograph / meet & greet following: Soccer, volleyball, women's basketball, baseball and softball FREE admission to all the following regular season events: Soccer Volleyball Men's & Women's Cross Country Swimming and Diving Men's and Women's Golf Men's and Women's Tennis Women's Basketball Gymnastics Baseball Softball Men's and Women's Track and Field Opportunity to be on the field for one game with a parent when the Razorback football team takes the field (game tickets are not included) Membership lasts until June 1, To join, go to print out the membership form and mail it in with payment. It will be kept updated as new details on upcoming events become available Razorback Club $1, Scholarship Recipient Until we develop our new website (due to support issues with our current site), your best places for information on remaining 2008 club events will be this informational page along with our ENews. Our club annually presents a $1,000 scholarship to a Bentonville High School athlete who will be attending the University of Arkansas. Given in appreciation to BHS for use of their facilities for some club events, significantly cutting down our costs and allowing more $ to funnel directly to the Razorback Foundation. Mark Your Calendar: The 2008 recipient of the scholarship is Zachary Duhamel, who ran Cross Country for the Tigers. A Basketball banquet, featuring Coach Pelphrey is now scheduled for October 9 th (more information will be sent soon) and with the success of our networking event; the board has voted to hold more of them as well most likely, on a quarterly basis. The exchange allows you to post tickets for sale or tickets wanted. Several members have already had success selling and getting tickets for Football games. Check it out! E-News In order to cut down on escalating club mailing costs, the majority of future Razorback Club information will be sent via our E-News and provided via updates to our website.
