Hopefully the spring will find us early this year! For those of you who don t know me, I have worked with Eli Lilly for almost 10 years now and been involved with AALAS, in some capacity, for 8 years. This year we will be very busy planning the D5 meeting that will be held in Indianapolis next spring. Participation is welcome, so please send us an and we will be glad to have the assistance. The following events are being planned along with the D5 meeting: *Kickoff event for February indoor and family oriented! *Mid-year event for July Indians baseball game and Friday night fireworks! *Awards banquet in December There will be more discussion on these events to follow. We would like some feedback on any ideas for these events, so please feel free to send an . If there are any topics or speakers you would like to have during one of our monthly web meetings, let us know. We are always looking for speakers and a variety of topics. We also need articles for upcoming newsletters so if you have or know someone in your facility that has an article that we could all learn from, let us know and we will get it in one of the newsletters. I look forward to a great year with lots of participation from our membership in all of our events! Please remember to take a look at our vendor s information below and on the website. They are here for us and help our branch and activities run! Have a great year!
