3 Troop Manager Expectations Keep open communication with your SU Product Sale Coordinator Talk to your families - often! Explain the benefit/purpose of the program. Encourage participation. Even if they just send out 15+ s! Make sure every single girl receives a selling packet. Guide families through the program. Next steps Collecting money UNIFY

4 Money Handling When girls hand in orders, troop volunteers need to check money with every order. Make sure money matches order. Provide parents with receipt for money turned in. Must be signed by the troop volunteer and the parent. Troop volunteer needs to deposit money immediately into troop account* *All troops should have a troop bank account with up-to-date information. Reach out to your RSM to confirm! Customers can make checks out to the troop

Will have option to update girl reward choices. Once all orders have been entered, click Submit Troop Order.
