52 ACH Adjustment Forms due November 2 Complete this form if your troop cannot meet its financial obligation on the scheduled sweep date. You must indicate how much of the obligation the troop will pay. Forms received after the due date will not be accepted.
53 ACH Adjustment If you have been unsuccessful collecting from a parent, complete and submit an Individual Collection (IC) Form. Do not give product to girls who have an outstanding balance. Do not pay a girl s debt from troop proceeds. If you decide to pay a girl s debt from troop proceeds or personal funds, you will not be reimbursed at any point by council. You will have to collect from the girl.
