16 Girl Delivered Option (Nut Promise Sales) Only order card items are available for purchase with the Girl Delivered Option. Girls are responsible for delivery of Girl Delivered orders and collecting payments. Girl Delivered totals will be uploaded into Nut-E when option closes on October 15 (so each girl s order will include the Online Girl Delivered Sales).

24 Login Page Enter the Login & Password assigned to you by your council and select the Product Sale Campaign. Click Sign-In Passwords now need to be 8 or more characters. User Names & Passwords are CASE sensitive.

25 Home Icon The home page is where you will find messages from your council, and service unit coordinators can leave messages for troops. It is also where you will find recap sales and contact information.

26 Service Unit Icon Confirm contact information. Add any additional service unit users.

27 Troop Icon On this page Troops should enter or verify all of their information. Note that the Level is a drop-down box so please confirm that the correct level is selected. Also, if your council offers the Without Recognitions option that must be selected PRIOR to entering Girl Orders. Troop Bank Account information can be entered if you have access.

28 Girl Order Icon Note the 4-step process listed in the Girl Order container. Step 1 Girls will be imported into the system. You will not use Step 1.

29 Step 2 - Add girl orders by clicking the pencil icon (left of girl name) and click on Items.

30 Tab through and enter all products by unit. When you are done, click on Save to have recognitions calculate. FYI Online orders will automatically be transmitted into Nut-E. Because of this, those fields will be locked. They include Online Mag Subs, s and Online Nuts.

31 Step 3 - Click on Recognitions and make any choice selections (if you have options). Click Save and then Close to complete and close out of the order. Note: Recognitions will automatically calculate based on the girl s order. Choices will automatically default to the first option unless a selection has been made. Both earned as well as unearned choices can be saved at any time. This is so you don t have to go back later to update choices if additional online orders come in automatically.

32 Step 4 Submit the entire troop Nut/Candy order by clicking the pink Submit Nut/Candy Order button. Note: Troops must contact their SU for help after submitting. All girl orders will LOCK after the council submits the Recognition order.

33 To make a transfer within the troop just click the Transfer Product within Troop button. FYI this can only be done after the council Nut/Candy order has been approved and prior to the council recognition order being submitted.

34 Select one of the three Transfer Types and then select a girl from the drop-down box. In this example we are transferring from the Troop Special Order into a girl s order. The system will refresh and show the Troop Special Order quantities on top of the grid and the girl s quantities on the bottom. Enter the quantities to transfer in the middle and click Save when done. Please note the Comment row. This will appear on the Girl Activity Log.

35 The system will recalculate any changes to recognitions. Remember to Save the recalculated recognitions in the bottom container (even if no changes) to complete the transfer. FYI you may have to scroll down to see the recognition container. You must click Yes to complete the transfer.

36 Note: If the Girl to Girl option is selected a pop up box will appear with additional instructions because you can not directly transfer from girl to girl. You must transfer into the Troop Special first.

37 Girl Payments Troops must track individual Girl Payments in the system. These payments will appear on the G2 report. Click the Girl Payments button.

38 Click Add Payment and enter the dollar amount of each girl s payment and date of payment. Then click Update

39 Bank Deposits To view deposits just click the Bank Deposit icon. A Bank Summary recap container will appear on the right, and will show total amount due council. Payment will be handled by ACH debit.

40 Reports Icon This page contains all reports as well as manuals and tutorials. The T2 Nuts/Candy & Mags Report is especially helpful.

41 The G-2 is a great recap report for individual girls.

42 The T-2 is a great recap report for Troops!

43 Icon Service units are able to send blasts to all of their troops. Attachments can be included! Please read instructions carefully.
