3 Terms: SMARTBANK is the universal solution for organization of online remote banking servicing of the individuals with the use of the Internet 24/7 from anywhere globally. You need to have only access to the Internet, and there is no need to purchase a license or install special programs for the use of the system. The Bank Eurasian Bank JSC. The Browser is Software for review of web-pages, content of web-documents, computer files and their catalogues, management by web-applications, as well as for resolution of other tasks. The Clients are the individuals of Eurasian Bank JSC who have the payment card/current and other accounts. The Device is technical device: smartphone, tablet, computer and etc. General information SMARTBANK system is intended for the clients individuals who have the card, current or deposit account in Eurasian Bank JSC. SMARTBANK system is available by means of: web-applications at the address: mobile application for ios, Android, Windows. Download of the mobile application is made with the use of online-stores of applications Play Market (for Android), App Store (for ios), Windows Store (for Windows Phone). For convenience of work in the system an opportunity of selection of the interface language is provided (Russian, Kazakh, English, German, French, Turkish). System entry is made with the use of login and password, or with the use of Passcode in the mobile application. Any bank transactions are available for you in SMARTBANK system: - payments for more than 500 service and product providers (public utilities, mobile communications and telecommunications, Internet and more); - payment for services of the electronic government egov.kz (taxes, penalties for violations of the driving regulations and other payments to the budget); - intra-bank transfers in USD, EUR, RUR, KGS, CNY, GBP or CHF; - intra-bank and inter-bank transfers in KZT (on the accounts of the individuals and the legal entities); - international transfers in USD, EUR, RUR; - online deposits opening in KZT, USD, EUR, RUR; - repayment of the loans; - blocking/unblocking of the payment cards; - opening/closure of the access to online transactions with the use of the cards; - review of state of the banking accounts and statements for any period; - review of the loans information; - creation of the patterns of payments and transfers; - performance of regular payments and transfers; - currency conversion; - review of news, notifications and special proposals of the Bank. Security measures for work in SMARTBANK system 4

4 When working in SMARTBANK system you need comply with the following measures to enhance security: 1) use services only after full review of information provided by the Bank about this service; 2) it is not recommended to keep login and password in your device by means of which you use SMARTBANK service; 3) do not transfer your login and password to anybody; 4) periodically conduct verification concerning security and updating of the virus definitions of your device; 5) use function of the device blocking, it is recommended to change periodically the password of blocking. In case of work place arrangement for work in SMARTBANK» system: try to avoid working with unreliable PCs (internet-cafe, kiosks and etc.). In case of using unreliable PC the risk of theft of your registration details (login/password) increases. In case of loss of the mobile (cell) phone with login and password, the risk of unauthorized use of your registration details increases. In order to avoid such case, please, immediately apply to the Bank for service blocking; Don t leave the device with launched SMARTBANK application unattended. Log out SMARTBANK system even if there is a need to go away for the indefinite periods. Restrict the access of unknown persons to your device by means of which you work in SMARTBANK system; Verify that your device is free from viruses. Install and activate the anti-virus Software. Update the virus definitions on a regular basis. Please be aware that virus activity may be aimed at storage and transfer to the third persons information about your password for the purposes of making unauthorized operations. In case of creation of the password in SMARTBANK system, please, comply with the following rules: Temporary password, received by means of ATM or sms-message, shall be changed during 24 hours; Recommended password length shall be not less than 8 symbols; It is recommended to use the Latin letters typed in the different registers, special symbols such as:!, #, *,), & and etc.; In case of the password change for the system entry a new value shall be different from the previous one; New value of the password for the system entry shall not coincide with the previous passwords for the period of several changes of the password; Password shall not base on information which other persons may easy guess or get (names, telephone numbers, dates of birth, identifications of the users and etc.); Password shall not be the personal information (names and dates of birth of the members of family, addresses, telephones and etc.); Password shall not be a lexicalized word (for example, 12345Abc is unreliable password); Periodically change the password for SMARTBANK» system entry; In no event, don t provide information about your password to anybody including the Bank s employees, relatives and other third persons. Don t store information about your password for SMARTBANK system entry on any media, including the devices. In case of suspicious situations: 5

5 System has activities which you didn t perform; Address change for connection to SMARTBANK system; IP address change by means of which connection to the system is performed (network was changed); Impossibility of getting access to SMARTBANK system because of the password difference for the system entry; Suspicious device operation by means of which the work in SMARTBANK system is performed. In case of suspicion for the device infection with malicious software, or in case of occurrence of worries that your password become known to unknown persons, please, act as follows: - log out SMARTBANK system; - for password change, please, apply to the nearest outlet of the Bank, make a call to the Contact-center on 7722 or having the card, please, change the password in the nearest ATM; - in case of execution of the written application form for account blocking, please, describe the circumstances of compromise of the password or unauthorized access, or other information for the facts resulted to your suspicions. - access renewal to SMARTBANK system is possible in case of your personal application to the Bank s branch or outlet. Connection Methods to SMARTBANK system You may connect to the service using one of the four methods: Attention! If the active card of Eurasian Bank JSC is available, the client may choose one of three methods of registration: registration with the use of ATM, web-site self-service terminal (SST) in the nearest outlet of the Bank. If availability only deposit and current account, the registration is possible only in the Bank s outlet. 1) If the active card of Eurasian Bank JSC is available, the client may be registered with ATM: Insert the card in ATM; Enter Pin-code of the card; Click on SMARTBANK tab; Choose the operation Registration/change of telephone number ; Enter 10-digit number of the mobile phone (with the operator s code); Click on Enter. After successful registration in SMARTBANK system the ATM will issue the client a cheque with login and temporary password for the system entry. (Attention: in case of the first system entry, you must change the password for constant one!) 2) Register on web-site is possible with click link: => Registration. 3) Registration is possible by means of SST in the nearest outlet of the Bank. 4) If you have no card, please, apply to the nearest outlet of the Bank in working hours with your identification document. In case of connection to SMARTBANK system you will receive login and temporary password for the system entry as sms-message will be sent to your mobile phone. Using received data, it is necessary to enter the system and change your current password for constant one (please, see section Settings ). 6

6 Additional recommendations: access to the system with temporary password will be opened during 24 hours form the moment of registration. If you didn t enter the system and didn t change temporary password for constant one during 24 hours, you need to get a new password having applied to the Bank s outlet or with the use of ATM, Call-center, making call from landline phone number: 8 (727) or mobile 7722 (toll-free call). Start of work in SMARTBANK system For system startup it is required to verify the Internet access and start web-browser, go to main page of SMARTBANK system and click link: For system startup with the use of the mobile application SMARTBANK, the device worked on platforms Android, ios, Windows Phone and connected to the Internet is required. SMARTBANK system main menu System entry On page of authorization of SMARTBANK system, please, enter Login and Password, then click on functional button Enter. Accounts This section reflects full list and state of the operating accounts of the SMARTBANK user opened in Eurasian Bank JSC. 7

7 In subsection Card accounts and cards the list of the user s card accounts, current balance, reserved sum, information about loan limit, is reflected. In subsection Current account the list of the user s current accounts, current balance, trigger balance amount, is reflected. In subsection Deposits the list of deposit accounts, % rates, deposit validity period, balance, amount of the accrued interest per month, interest amount for whole period, is reflected. In subsection Loans the list of the user s credit accounts, the principal debt amount, is reflected. In subsection Statement of account, the statement of account is created for the indicated period. Place with indication of the account state is functional: when click on it the list of operations possible for performance by using the selected account is reflected. When selecting the card account: Functional button New payment. Transfer to Payment for services form is made where the list of services divided into categories (utility payments, payments to budget, cellular 8

8 services, online stores and etc.) is reflected. Having selected the company required for you and executed the form, you may pay for the company selected. Functional button New transfer, Between accounts. In a field From account the write - off account is reflected automatically but if the client has several accounts, so the client shall select one of write-off accounts. In a field On account, please, select the account number whereto the funds will be credited. In a field Amount, please indicated the amount of transfer. In a field Fee and commission the fee and commission amount is reflected which retained based on the Bank s tariffs. In addition, when sending the transfer it is required to put a tick on: Noted and agreed with the Rules of transfer. Functional button New transfer, Transfers inside the Bank. In a field Recipient account it is required to prescribe 20-digit number of the recipient s account. Field Bank s BIC of recipient is reflected automatically after entering 20-digit account of the recipient. In a field Recipient s IIN, please, indicate the recipient s IIN. 9

9 Field Recipient s full name is reflected automatically after entering the recipient s IIN. In dropdown menu Select Payment Purpose Code with intention it is required to select one of the following intentions: In a field From account the write-off account is reflected automatically but if the client has several accounts so the client shall select one of write-off accounts. In a field Amount, please, indicate the amount of transfer. In a field Fee and commission the fee and commission amount is reflected which retained based on the Bank s tariffs. In addition, when sending the transfer it is required to put a tick on: Noted and agreed with the Rules of transfer. 10

10 Confirmation of the operation using sms-code In case of confirmation of transfer using sms-code: - the system requires the client the six-digit code for confirmation of the operation in SMARTBANK system; - the client enters values sent by sms-message to cellular number; - the values entered are verified automatically for compliance with the code of confirmation for this client in the system; - If value was entered improperly, the system shows a message about a mistake and required the repeated enter of six-digit code. Confirmation of the operation using session-keys In case of confirmation of transfer using session-keys: - the system requires the client the six-digit code for confirmation of the operation in SMARTBANK system; - the client enters the cheque value printed by ATM where the system indicates the numerical order of set which shall be prescribed; - Entered values are verified automatically for compliance with the code of confirmation for this client in the system; - If value was entered improperly, the system shows a message about a mistake and required the repeated enter of six-digit code. 11

11 Functional button New transfer, Within the Republic of Kazakhstan in tenge. In a field Recipient account it is required to prescribe 20-digit number of the recipient s account. Field Bank s BIC of recipient is reflected automatically after entering 20-digit account of the recipient. In a field Recipient s IIN, please, indicate the recipient s IIN. Field Recipient s full name is reflected automatically after entering the recipient s IIN. In dropdown menu Select Payment Purpose Code with intention it is required to select one of the following intentions: In a field Amount, please, indicate the amount of transfer. In a field Fee and commission the fee and commission amount is reflected which retained based on the Bank s tariffs. In addition, when sending the transfer it is required to put a tick on: Noted and agreed with the Rules of transfer. 12

12 Card statement. Card statement is prepared for the indicated period. For preparation of the card statement, please, enter Statement tab, then menu Account, and select the card and indicate the date of Period start and Period end, then click on functional button Prepare. Functional button New deposit performs enter to the form of filling out an application form concerning opening new deposit online. In case of selection of the current account: 13

13 Functional button New payment performs enter to the form of payment for the companies of the service/product providers. Functional button New transfer, Between own accounts performs transfer to the form for transfer between your accounts. Functional button New transfer, Transfers inside the bank performs transfer to the form for intra-bank transfer on the account of the third party. Functional button New transfer, Within RoK in tenge performs transfer to the form for intra-bank transfer within the Republic of Kazakhstan. Statement of current account. Statement of current account is prepared for the indicated period. For preparation of the statement of current account it is required to go to Statement tab, menu Account then select current account and indicate the date of Period start and Period end and click on functional button Prepare. Functional button New deposit performs transfer to the form of filling out an application form for online opening new deposit. In a field History of instructions the list of all operations made by the client for whole period is reflected. Deposits. In case of selection of a deposit you have an opportunity to review the following information: % rates, deposit validity period, balance, amount of the accrued interest per month, interest amount for whole period and etc. Loans. If the client has a loan, so he/she may see information about own loan in this section. Statement of account. Statement of account is prepared for the indicated period. For preparation of the statement of account it is required to go to Statement tab, menu Account and select the account, indicate the date of Period start and Period end and click on functional button Prepare. Payment for services In this section the list of service/product providers is indicated for which the payment shall be made. 14

14 Payment is made after selection of the service required for you. For example: I want to pay for Kazakhtelecom JSC services. Select Telecommunications. Payment form is opened. In the form of payment, it is required to select the payment method, with indication of telephone number or current account. Application forms In this section you may act as follows: - to open a new deposit; - to block/unblock a card; - to open access for the online transactions with the use of a card. 15

15 New deposit opening You may open the deposit in the following currency: KZT, EUR, RUB, USD. For deposit opening it is required to fill out an application form: Card blocking/unblocking 16

16 This form enables to perform temporary or constant blocking, including unblocking your card if required. Temporary blocking enables to unblock a card in due course. Unblocking is impossible in case of constant blocking of a card. In this later case you need to apply to the nearest outlet of the Bank for the card re-issuance. Opening/closure of access to card online transactions Full access opening to online transactions provides full access for performance of online transactions, including booking of the hotels, tickets and car rent. In case of access blocking to online transactions, it is prohibited to perform the abovementioned transactions. 17

17 Notifications In this section the list of Special proposals, News, Notifications is reflected which the Bank sends to the users of SMARTBANK system. History of instructions 18

18 In section History of instructions the list of all operations made by the client for whole period is reflected. Outlets and ATMs In this section information about location of the outlets, ATMs, IPTs of Eurasian Bank JSC is provided. For review of information about ATMs it is required to select from the dropdown menu ATMs, for the Bank s outlets Outlets, and for IPTs Information payment terminals. Settings In this section the following settings are provided: setting of the frequency of password change and session length; review of the activity log; change of color and interface; change of the password for the system entry; review of the personal information. 19
