2 Welcome to AonFocus! If it is your first time visiting the site, please click on the New User? Register an account button, as shown in the image below, and follow the Registration Guide overleaf to continue. If you have already registered for an account, simply enter your username and the password that you have chosen, and click on Proceed to Step 2, as shown in the image below. If you cannot recall the username or password that you have previously chosen, simply click on the Forgotten your username? or Forgotten your password? links, as shown in the image below. 3 Registration Guide Step 1: Identification Enter the following address into your internet address bar: and select New User? Register an account Enter the one-time registration number you received by or letter. Enter your surname. Enter your date of birth in the form of dd/mm/yyyy. Enter your PPS number (you will find it on your payslip). Pick a username for future use. We suggest you pick an address which you will easily remember! Tick the Terms and Conditions box and click Next. Note: If the information you enter, during the Identfication step, does not match the data we hold for you on record then, for security reasons, you will not be able to proceed with the registration. In this instance, please call and we will guide you through the process.

4 Registration Guide Step 2: Security Questions You will then be asked to set the answers to three Security Questions, as shown below. When you log in to the site, in future, you will be asked to confirm three of the letters from one of your Security Answers. This is to ensure the highest level of security for your data. Please note that the answers are not case sensitive but must be at least four letters long and can only consist of letters (and not numbers). We also ask that you set yourself a hint for each answer which could, for example, be the first letter.

5 Your Registration is now Complete! When registration has been successfully completed, a Thank You message will appear on your screen. This message will advise that a confirmation and a one-time registration password have been sent to the address you provided. Click on the Home button and you can now log in again with the username you set and the onetime password which has been ed to you. At this stage, you will be asked to set a new password, of your choosing, for future log ins. Please note that this must be at least 8 characters long and must contain (at least) one number, one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter. Congratulations! You are now on your way to empowered retirement success!
