1 2018 TICKET FAQs 1. WHAT IS ACTIVE.COM? Active is a registration platform that we will be using for ticketing from now on. Tickets can no longer be bought through Eventbrite and any tickets bought through Eventbrite.com before the change will be transferred to Active.com. 2. WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET IN ACTIVE.COM? If you bought your ticket on Active.com you will already have an account. You will be ed your ticket 10 days before the event and don t need to take any further action. 3. WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET IN EVENTBRITE? If you bought your ticket and joined a team in Eventbrite and do not need to buy parking, camping, spectator tickets or any further add ons AND you have been receiving s from Active, you do not need to take any further action. Your tickets will be ed to you 10 days out from your event. You can find your ticket by searching noreply@awntx3. .active.com in your inbox. If you bought your ticket in Eventbrite and need to join a team, buy parking, camping, spectator tickets or any other add ons and you have never used Active before, you will need to create an account with Active. IMPORTANT: You only need to set up an Active.com account if you need to buy an add on, like parking or change your details. Otherwise you will be sent your ticket 10-days prior to the event even if you do not have an Active.com account. 4. HOW CAN I TELL IF I HAVE AN ACTIVE.COM ACCOUNT? Head to Active.com and click on the Sign Up button. Enter the address used to purchase your 2018 ticket(s). If you already have an account, you will be asked to input a password (click on Forgot Password if you need assistance). If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to enter all necessary info to create one. 4. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACTIVE.COM ACCOUNT? 1. To do this go to and click Join Now. 2. You will be prompted to create an account

2 3. The details of this account must match your Eventbrite ticket exactly, please ensure you use the same name and address. (IMPORTANT: Details must be exactly the same as your ticket - additional spaces, nicknames will not be recognised). 4. To find these details search your inbox for noreply@awntx3. .active.com to find your ticket. Use these details to create your account. 5. HOW DO I CLAIM MY ACTIVE.COM REGISTRATION? If you cannot already see your registration in your account, you can click the Claim Registration bar at the top of the page. Enter the registration number that you will have received in an from Active (noreply@awntx3. .active.com) and click Submit. This will have been sent to the address with which you bought your ticket on Eventbrite. Your registration number begins with the letter R, for example R-00TLJL7Q. Confirm your registration information in the pop-up form and then click SAVE. 6. HOW DO I ACCESS MY 2018 TOUGH MUDDER TICKET IN ACTIVE.COM? You will be able to see your ticket in MyEvents. You will also be able to set up a team, transfer your ticket to a friend and change event days in Active. 7. WHAT IF I CANNOT SEE MY TICKET IN MY ACTIVE.COM ACCOUNT? If any of the details you enter when setting up your Active.com account account are different in any way to your original registration, unfortunately your ticket will not show up in Active. You will need to go through the steps of point number 5 and claim your registration. 8. WHAT ABOUT MY TEAM? If you joined a team in Eventbrite your registration confirmation will list your team name and team captain, you won t need to take any further action. If you are a team captain you will need to log in to Active.com to set a password if you would like to keep your team private. Please be sure to create or join a team at least 3 weeks prior to your event so that we can ensure you and your teammates receive the same start time. 9. HOW DO I CREATE A TEAM? 1. Login My Events at 2. Find the right event registration in your Active account and click Create team 3. On pop-up dialog, enter team name 4. (Optional) Enter team description

3 5. (Optional) If you would like to make your team private, select private team under Access and enter a password 6. Click Create 10. HOW DO I JOIN MY TEAM? 1. Login My Events at 2.
