3 Replace a motherboard: Takes about 20 minutes Step 1: Remove 6 Screws from back penal and remove the back panel Step 2: Carefully disconnect the wire from the mother board Step 3: Use pliers to remove the plastic knobs Notes: Please use the above mother board diagram as reference when you connect the wires on it. Step 4: Change the motherboard and reconnect the wire. Connect main control panel wire (double wire with Red spots) Step 5: Connect Heat Sensor (Double Wire at Black color) FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 3

4 Step 6: Connect Infra-red receiver (white cable) Step 7: Connect power Source Neutral Wire. (White cable) Step 8: Connect transformer (Red cable) Step 9: Connect power Live wire. (Black cable) Step 10: Connect heater - B Connection wire (blue cable) Step 11: Connect heater - A Connection wire (Brown cable) FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 4

5 Step 12: Connect reflector motor wire (Black cable) Step 13: Connect light bulbs wire (Red cable) Step 14: Connect transformer wire (black cable) Step 15: Put 6 screws back to the back back panels and completed the replacement. FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 5

6 Replace a infrared receiver: Takes about 10 minutes Step 1: Remove 6 Screws from back penal and remove the back panel Step 2: Remove the infrared receiver Step 3: Replace with new one Step 5: Put 6 screws back to the back panel and completed the replacement FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 6

7 Replace a transformer: Takes about 10 minutes Step 1: Remove 6 Screws from back penal and remove the back panel Step 2: Take out the 2 screws that the panel that attached the transformer to the side panel Step 3: Remove the transformer and replace by the new one Step 4: Screw in the side penal and the transformer. Step 5: Put 6 screws back to the back panel and completed the replacement FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 7

8 Replace a reflector: Takes about 10 minutes Step 1: Remove 6 Screws from back penal and remove the back panel Step 2: Remove the old reflector and replaced by the new one Step 3: Ensure the reflector is fully attached to the rubber holder Step 5: Put 6 screws back to the back panel and completed the replacement FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 8

9 Replace a fan/heat generator: Takes about 20 minutes Step 1: Remove 6 Screws from back penal and remove the back panel Step 2: Carefully disconnect the wire from the fan/heat generator Step 3: Take out the wires from the holder Step 4: Take out 4 screws, that used to attached the heat/fan unit, from the top panel Step 5: Disconnect the Brown, Blue and Red color wires besides the heat elements. Disconnect the white wire from the heat sensor. Step 6: Disconnect the white wire from the heat sensor. FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 9

10 Heat Sensor Step 7: Replace the heat/fan unit and reconnect the wires as the diagrams. Step 8: Reconnect the heat sensor (White wire) Step 9: Reconnect the Red/Blue wire Step 10: Reconnect the Brown wire Step 11: Install the heat/fan unit back to the top panel FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 10

12 Replace a motor : Takes about 15 minutes Step 1: Remove 6 Screws from back penal and remove the back panel Step 2: Remove the reflector Step 3: Take out 2 screws to remove the motor stand Step 4: Cut the Nylon binder but beware not to hurt the wire Step 5: Pull out the cotter pin and then takes down the rubber connection axis Step 6: Pull out and disconnect the motor wire (Black Cable) from the white cap. 13 Step 7: Disconnect the motor from the mother board and reconnect a new motor on it Step 8: Connect the next wire (black cable) with the wire on the white cap. Step 9: Put back the new motor on the motor stand and back to its original place. Step 10: Put back the back panel FEBO (HK) INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Page 13
