In order to be able to access to these functions you must have an IE Student ID Card. Printing Jobs can be send from any Personal Computer or WorkStation connected to IE Network.

3 1. Printing system All buildings with classrooms have MFP Xerox equipment available for students like the one you can see below. These new Xerox MFP equipment allow students to print, copy, and scan documents, witches will be delivered to an address either in B/W or Color. In order to be able to access to these functions you must have an IE Student ID Card. Printing Jobs can be send from any Personal Computer or WorkStation connected to IE Network. Sent documents could be printed at any MFP Xerox equipment available for students. All students have an assigned credit at the beginning of their program, although printing credit can be toped up at IE Store at Maria de Molina 4. System charges 0.02 per page in B/W and 0.15 per page in Color. 2. Student ID Card Activation Before using Xerox MFP equipment, students must activate their ID Card. This action is only needed the first time using the ID Card. Swipe the ID card by the reader located on the Xerox MFP equipment. Xerox MFP equipment will request the user to log in. 2

How to print To print from any device connected to IE network, open the document and select Print. Have in mind that the right Printer is Student_MFP. 3

Default printing settings are Black and white and double sided, although, settings can be changed by clicking on Printing Preferences and customize them.

The device must be connected to IEStudents or IEStudents_alt, and IE credentials must be provided once the login popup shows up. 7 5. How to configure on a Mac PC 5.1. Xerox controller instalation Visit the following link from Xerox website to download the driver. Select the right IOS Version for your laptop and language.
