AVS pumps are of heavy type construction and their design allows the construction of smaller pumping stations, that are more compact, requiring less civil engineering and construction works. Bowl assembly It is consisting of bowl with diffuser and suction beelmouth. The propeller type impeller has adjustable blades and is securely fastened on the motor shaft. Wear Rings available upon request. Electric The submersible motor is phases, 00 Volts, 0 Hz squirrel cage induction type, of IP 8 protection, Class F insulation and it is cooled by the pumped water. The terminal box is water-proofed and the cable inlets are featured with tightening resistance, wrapping resistance and double sealing. The shaft is mounted on heavy duty ball and roller bearings lubricated for life. For the motor sealing, two mechanical seals in tandem arrangement are used. they are operate independently of each other in an oil bath, in a separate oil chamber. The following motor protections / monitoring controls are available: Thermal sensors embedded in the windings for the motor protection against overheating Moisture sensor in the oil chamber Moisture sensor in the terminal box Bearings temperature sensors * Other materials are also available on request.
