1 2019 DES Staff Raffle Order Form The DES staff has once again generously donated their time and talents to our Staff Raffle. The raffle, held in conjunction with Bingo Night on Friday, February 1st, is a fun highlight for the students each year. Students who wish to purchase raffle tickets should return their: (a) money (cash or check to DES- PTA) (b) order form (c) completed and cut out tickets All Tickets $1.00 Pre-Orders due by January 30 th Buy 20 tickets, get 5 free entries (per student) Place tickets and form in an envelope marked Staff Raffle by Wednesday, January 30 th. Tickets may also be purchased at the event. Cash and checks made payable to DES PTA will be accepted. Winners will be selected and announced at Bingo Night and DO NOT need to be present to win. A complete list of winners will be available February 6 th. Staff will make arrangements with the winners to determine the date and time to fulfill their prize. Good luck! (students should bring their lunches) Item #1: Mrs. McKenna s Class: Item #2: Mrs. Souder s Class: Mrs. Flynn and Ms. Frederick, will treat three students (plus 1 friend each) to a special morning breakfast of doughnuts, fruit, and juice. Item #3: Mrs. Flynn s reading initiative class Item #4: Ms. Frederick s reading initiative class # of Tickets Mrs. Hurney will treat 2 students (plus 1 friend each) to a special pizza lunch. Item #5: Mrs. Hurney s Class Ms. LaClair will invite one student (plus 1 friend) to school on an early dismissal day to prepare a special vegan meal with her daughter Paulette. Item #6: Ms.LaClair s Class Mrs. Friedman will is offering a special breakfast for one lucky reading initiative student and two friends. Item #7: Mrs. Friedman s Class _ Mrs. Diamond and Mr. Magaha will invite winners to hold the special title of Teacher s Assistant for a morning, complete with a special morning treat. Item #8: Mrs. Diamond s Class Item #9: Mr. Magaha s Class Mrs. Lucas and Mrs. Smeller will treat 1 student (plus 1 friend) to a special pizza lunch. Item #10: Mrs. Lucas Class Item #11: Mrs. Smeller s Class Two lucky 5 th graders can be Teacher for a Day. One student in each 5 th grade class will meet with Mrs. Mostrom and Mrs. Rose ahead of time to plan the lessons. The winners will teach the lessons for the day on Take Your Child to Work Day, and join their teachers for a special lunch. Item #12: Mrs. Mostrom s Class Item # 13: Mrs. Rose s Class Mrs. Cerritos and Mrs. Toms are donating a movie lover s basket complete with movie gift card and snacks. Item # 14: Movie Basket

3 Mrs. Baxter is offering up her time and talents with 2 auction items you won t want to miss. First she is offering up 24 delicious and fluffy cupcakes baked to you choice of flavor, icing, and theme. She is also offering ½ hour of vocal coaching one day at recess or after school. Item #15: Mrs. Baxter s cupcakes Item #16: ½ hour of vocal lessons Mrs. Fitzpatrick is inviting two students to come to the art room during recess and use their imagination to create a clay project. Item #17: Art Project Mrs. O Malley and Mrs. Sweeney are inviting one lucky winner (plus a friend) to the Staff Development room for a pizza lunch, ping pong, and putting on the green. Item #18: Pizza, ping pong, and putting Mrs. Selwood and Mrs. Frazier are providing a special lunch from Panera for 1 lucky winner and a friend. Date to be determined. Item #19: Panera lunch Mrs. Gibbons and Mrs. Baron will be making slime with four lucky winners. Item #20 Slime Activity Mrs. Lang and Mrs. Olson are inviting two students to work behind the circulation desk during their class Media Center time and check books in and out for their classmates. Item # 21 Circulation desk assistant Mrs. Traub is inviting one lucky winner and 5 of his/ her friends to a special pizza fun lunch. Item #22 Pizza fun lunch Mrs. DeHennis, Mrs. Meddings, and Mrs. Santangelo are donating a family four pack of tickets to a night at the movies. Item #23 Family Four Pack Mr. Craemer will work with you and friend as Administrators for the Day. You will need to dress for success since we will be visiting classrooms, attending meetings, and problem solving challenges that the day may bring. We ll have a working lunch from Subway. Chromebooks, pens, and notepads will be provided! Item #24 Administrator for the day. The Darnestown Swim & Racquet Club is offering one membership for the 2019 calendar year. Winner is limited to new members (no current, former, or past donation winners). Item #25 DSRC Membership _ Name the Carpool Lane! The PTA will put up a street sign in the carpool lane with the name of your choice for the next 12 months. Winner will receive their sign to take home after the year has passed.
