Indent the first line of the paragraph beginning with the words The Wilderness Kids Club offers by ½ inch. 6. Apply bold formatting to the following category headings: - Camping and Overnight Outings. - Hiking Trips. - Bird Watching. 7. Highlight the all the paragraphs starting with the words, Camping and Overnight Outings and ending with, all necessary equipment, and use the Left and Right Indents on the ruler to indent them by 1 inch. 8. Select the list of supplies at the bottom of the document, and format them as a bulleted list. 9. Choose Review Proofing Spelling and Grammar from the Ribbon and spell check the document. 10. Save and close the document.

Choose Table Tools Design Table Style Options and remove the First Column checkmark. 7. Select the entire table and change the line spacing to Apply bold formatting to the Contact Information, Flight Information, Payment Information, and Hotel Information section headings if it is not currently applied. 9. Save and close the document.

Choose Mailings Start Mail Merge Select Recipients Type New List from the Ribbon and create the following Address List. Make sure to remove any unnecessary fields by clicking the Customize Columns button in the dialog box. 4. Save the Address List as Pricing Request Data in the Documents Word Final folder. 5. Create the business letter on the following page using appropriate business letter format. Substitute February 7, 2014 with Today s Date by choosing Insert Text Date and Time from the Ribbon. 6. Choose Address Block and Greeting Line from the Mailings Write and Insert Fields portion of the Ribbon when needed. 7. Highlight the entire document and apply Times News Roman, 12pt font formatting. 8. Save the document as Pricing Request Letter in the Documents Word Final folder and close it.

Scroll up to Page 1 and right-click the Table of Contents. 9. Choose Update Field from the menu that appears. 10. Save and close the document.
