3 Software Installation Insert Car-O-Soft Vision CD (if it s not Autostart, locate the CD driver in explorer and double-click, or run AutoPlay).. Choose Install Car-O-Soft Vision.. Press Next 4. Press Next 5. Install direct under C (do not create new folders), Press Next 6. Press Next and the installation starts. 7. Press Finished.

4 Car-O-Data Installation 4 5. Insert the latest Car-O-Data DVD (if it s not Autostart, locate the CD driver in explorer and double-click, or run AutoPlay).. Choose Car-O-Tronic.. Choose the correct software, Car-O-Soft Vision X or EVO. 4. Installation procedure is the normal standard, just click Next, Next, etc. 5. The installation starts, when finished press Finish. 4

5 Registration of software Computer connected to Internet Online 4 5. Start Car-O-Soft Vision from the icon on desktop and the registration process starts.. Choose YES if the computer is online (Internet connected).. Type in the CD key (the machineid has been filled in automatically, press Continue. 4. Type in customer and a password (if it s a existing customer make sure the same and password been used) press Continue. If the customer not have a mail address use lastname.company name example, Nilsson.Car-O-Liner 5. Type in serialnumber of the Car-O-Tronic, personal and company information, accept the licence and press Save. 6. The registration is now completed (continue on page 9) 5

Type in the registration form and print it out (the machineid will then be filled in automatically), press Save 4. Go to for registration, choose Product registration. 5. Choose Software. 6. Choose the correct software Car-O-Soft Vision X or EVO. 6

If the registration has been done on a another computer, print out or write down the lockup code.. Type in the lockup code in the lockup code field.. Press OK, the user rights has now been installed. 8

If the registration has been done on a another computer, save the lockupfile on a memory stick.. Close all windows (on the Car-O-Soft Vision installed computer).. Run (double click) the lockupfile, the Car-O-Soft Vision software starts and the user rights has now been installed. 4. Close the Car-O-Soft Vision 9

11 Alternative Calibration files installation Alternative Alternative. Start the Car-O-Tronic make sure the communication works.. Open up Car-O-Soft Vision software, choose Measuring mode. Following window will appear and the installation of the calibration files starts automatically. Alternative. Insert the CD with the calibration files on.. Press Unzip.. When finished press Close. 4. Start Car-O-Tronic 5. Start Car-O-Soft Vision, choose measuring mode. A window could appear, check so it is the correct serial number.
