F650 Feeder and Bay Cntrller unit prvides prtectin, cntrl, mnitring, metering, and register functinality fr a substatin bay. A minimum parts cunt ensures maximum field reliability. A redundant pwer supply is ptinally available fr each unit. Unit architecture is mdular, allwing flexible analg and digital I/O by the additin f single card mdules. Extended I/O capability will be available thrugh distributed I/O mdules using fiber ptic CAN bus. The relay shall be equipped with the fllwing prtectin mnitring, cntrl, autmatin, and reprting functins. If supprting functins are nt available within the relay suitable external devices shall be prvided t meet the specificatin requirements.
