This GIF/JPG should follow the file size outlined above. Flash - Prepare SWF Source: The first necessary requirement for modifying a Flash ad is that the underlying source file, the SWF file which is a compiled file from an original Flash authored filed, must be prepared to receive click-through parameters. Actionscript changes will need to be made by the Flash developer who authored the original creative source. Rich Media Specs: If we are to serve a rich media / complex Flash file like video, expanding banner, etc, we use Eyeblaster however there will be an extra charge (CPM) please for details. There is also the possibility that the agency already has an account with Eyeblaster in which case they would serve the creative at their end and just provide tags to us. Method of Delivery: Direct files and questions to: Dan Jewett at djewett@marinmagazine.com. If you are to provide third party tags, then provide them in a text file. Additional Notes: When using the rich media format, we require that audio be user initiated and video either user initiated or automatic and close buttons must be included. We use 247Real Media for our ad serving. In some situations we are able to modify the third party tags to track clicks, even if served and tracked by a third party vendor. We require five business days for campaign implementation. Timeframe allows for testing the tags and creative elements, especially when it s a rich media campaign.
