They may be obtained on an as-available basis through IBM authorized remarketers. Effective on the dates listed below, IBM will withdraw support from the following product release(s) licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement: Program VRM number Withdrawal Program release name from support date 5724-G /30/10 Rational Robot Extension for SQL 5724-J /30/12 Ratl Manual Tester 5724-J /30/12 Ratl Manual Tester 5724-O /30/12 Ratl ClearQuest and Functional Testing Replacement information Prior to IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0, IBM Rational Manual Tester could be used for manual test authoring and execution. With IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0, the features of IBM Rational Manual Tester are now fully integrated into IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0. Hence, IBM Rational Manual Tester is no longer going to be available. In terms of migration, IBM Rational Manual Tester artifacts can be imported into IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0. Prior to IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0, IBM Rational ClearQuest and IBM Rational Functional Tester were bundled together as IBM Rational ClearQuest Functional Testing and used to provide functional test management capabilities. With IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0, this bundling is no longer needed. Hence, IBM Rational ClearQuest Functional Testing is no longer going to be available and customers should look to purchase IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0 and IBM Rational Functional Tester V8.0 to obtain similar functionality. In addition, IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0 replaces the test management feature within IBM Rational ClearQuest. Customers may continue to use their current version of IBM Rational ClearQuest which contains the test management feature or purchase IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0 and migrate the artifacts. 2 IBM ClearQuest, it does not include the test management feature. Hence, customers should look to buy IBM Rational Quality Manager V1.0 and migrate the artifacts. IBM Rational ROBOT Extension for SQL could be used for performance testing of databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and ODBC databases. While customers may continue to use the current product, IBM Rational ROBOT Extension for SQL is no longer going to be available, and there is no migration path to support the artifacts.
