Q: Please provide a detailed design overview for the proposed wired & wireless solution with the location of each device (HAAD HQ, Zayed Herbal Center)? A: Detailed design will be provided after award of the project. Please refer to Article 3, point 8 and BOQ in Annex Q: Please confirm that the 12 APs license controller will be installed at HAAD DMZ as an anchor controller for wireless guest users? Please share with us the current WLAN controllers physical and software details which currently are installed in HAAD HQ? A: Hardware is 5508 and software code of existing WLC is not relevant to this project. 12 AP controller will be installed as anchor in HAAD HO DMZ. 4. Q: Please confirm that the CPI 1.2 is already installed at HAAD HQ and the requested items in the BOQ are just add-on licenses to manage the new APs (100 device lifecycle License)? A: Confirmed. 5. Q. Please confirm that the required SFPs for Cisco Controllers are already counted under the item number 112. (GLC-T= 1000BASE-T)? A: Confirmed. 6. Q: Please provide the design / deployment module for ISE? Why 3 appliances are requested for 500 endpoints? Are you looking to deploy two nodes as (redundant Admin and Monitoring node) and on standalone node for service policy? A: Two appliances will be used for service policy and one for Admin & Monitoring. 1 / 5

Cabling will be done by another contractor, however, locations of data points for APs must be provided by vendor. 8. Q: Is the mounting of APs within the SOW of this RFP? A: Yes, Please refer to Article Q. Please provide the Unified Communication design with a list of physical & Software devices that installed in each physical location? Will HAAD and Herbal Center share the same CUCM cluster? A: Detailed design will be provided after award of the project At present all HAAD location connected Call Manger ( HAAD, IPC, Herbal Center, WR & Al-Ain ) 10. Q. How both sites are connected to each other and what is the WAN bandwidth? A: Connected same network- IPVPN 11. Q: Is currently HAAD is using Built-In Cisco Unified Attendant Console, Yes or No? A: No Only Contact center. 12. Q: Is currently HAAD is using any third party application with Cisco Unified Contact Express 5.X like Call Recording, Screen Capturing, third party database? If yes please list the details A: We are using Voice recorder ( Harmony Version 3.5 & Globitel Speechlog Version 6.5 with AMC support ) 13. Ø Bidder to supply and install 3X UCUCS-EZ-C240M3S along with required VMware license. A: 1. Please clarify how HAAD team is going to deploy 3x UCS servers for both CUCM redundant deployment and CCX premium with HA? 2. Are you going to use only 2 servers for both applications using virtual machine? what is the purpose for the 3rd UCS server 1. On site visit provided all details..3x UCS going to work as mirroring base. 2. 3x UCS going to work as mirroring base 16. Q: Reference to the RFP below points: Ø Upgrade current CCM version to latest release from Cisco current HAAD CCM version 6.X Ø Vendor is to perform fresh install of UC 9.X. - Please note that the latest CUCM version now is CUCM 10.0, kindly confirm if we can provide our solution based on this version? 3 / 5

Reference to the RFP below point: Ø Upgrade UCCX 5.X to latest version Premium seat with HA QTY - 20 A: 1. Please note that the latest CCX version now is CCX 10.0, kindly confirm if we can provide our solution based on this version since CCX 8.5 is requested in the RFP BoM? 2. Please confirm if CCX upgrade will be installed on new hardware (fresh installation), taking into consideration that no support for migration of configuration data, historical data, workflows or any other information from one release to another? 1. RFP & BOQ should be 8.5. Bidder responsibility to update new version as per RFP scope 2. Ext, CTI, Dial-Peer, other need to configure new configuration. 18. Q. Reference to the RFP below point: Ø Partner to make sure all existing HAAD IT infrastructure that is/will be integrated with the new UC 9.X Infrastructure are compatible and list the compatibility matrix for the same. Please provide us with complete list of the existing HAAD IT Infrastructure Hardware & Software in order to check the compatibility of the solution? A: Nevotek Billing system & Harmony and Speechlog voice recorder. ( We have AMC support ) 119. Q: This being a public tender, as a client kindly suggest why you are very particular on the Cisco Solution with the dictated BoQ and Part Nos.? A: Our existing Network & Telecom infrastructure based on Cisco. 20. Q. The suggested SRST Voice Gateways with 100 SRST User will be used in which remote location? 4 / 5

Q: Is it possible for us to participate and provide an alternative and most appropriate, feature rich, value added and cost effective solution from equivalent brands like Extreme Networks & Unify (formerly Siemens) for the same? A: Our existing system is completely based on Cisco products and new system has to be integrated to existing system. All proposed solution should comply with RFP terms and conditions. 22. Q: Clarification :- As per Site Survey conducted today at HAAD Herbal Center and our conversation with Mr. Vinod from HAAD, Kindly clarify whether AutoCAD drawings preparation will be part of our scope for this project as the Data points for Wireless and Network are provided by a different contractor. The same can be provided by the contractor who is laying cables for Wireless and Data points. We will mark the location of Wireless Access points onto the sheet that will be provided by HAAD 23. A: Bidder reasonability to mark all Data points + Wireless. We will provide Auto CAD for some areas as we discuss site survey. Q: It is mentioned in the RFP that Cisco ISE should Integrate with HAAD SMS gateway for Guest Provisioning. Kindly note that ISE will require an SMS gateway that has to SMS conversion capability. HAAS to confirm whether existing SMS gateway will support the same?... A: HAAD SMS gateway can be interfaced through web service and Vendor has to provide full working solution to integrate with HAAD SMS gateway for guest users auto provisioning. 18. Q. I would like to clarify if subject tender is exclusive for cisco partners that no other product is allowed or not. As matter of fact, my company has very good story to tell in terms of Unified Communication solution for your requirement based on NEC Technology A: Our existing Network & Telecom infrastructure based on Cisco.
