2 High Speed, High Precision Spindle Because we adopt high speed, high precision, low friction, low heat growth, low vibration, and high frequency Spindle Motor, machine can maintain accuracy even at the speed of 24,000 rpm. (Optional 30,000 rpm spindle available) 130 table tilt (A-axis), 360 table rotation (C-axis) Thanks to Built-in Servo Motor and High precision Rotary Encoder of Heidenhain, machine is capable of positioning with very high accuracy. Also, synchronized built-in direct drive motor eliminate backlash completely. So, you do not need do backlash compensation at all even after long hours of operation. In addition, we upgrade the speed of rotating index table, which was often obstacle of synchronized 5-axis cutting, one more level to accomplish high speed 5-axis cutting. Size : Ø300 mm / Max. Load on table : 60 kg, Minimum Indexing angle :0.001 Centralized Operational Panel Adopt the high speed control as standard figure for high speed operation, rotating operational panel for maximizing convenience of operator was designed to integrate every functional control in a one panel. All switches and buttons were arranged for the most usability, and detachable MPG even added more convenience on to it. Automatic Tool Changer The 24-tool magazine allows fixed tool selection for a wide variety of parts in small size lots and extended periods of automatic operation.
