By reducing the machine width, the footprint is minimized and productivity is optimized by high acceleration/deceleration performance. Bed flushing is applied to both left and right sides to optimize chip removal even when high volume chips are produced during cutting. Standard Direct-Coupled Spindle for Higher Productivity The direct coupled spindle reduces vibration and noise, thereby improving the machines performance and environmental-friendliness compared to belt drive type Higher productivity is achieved by improving all axes feed system acc/dec times. An environmental-friendly machine designed for stable and easy operation Thermal error compensation function fitted as standard optimizes machine accuracy by reducing the effects of heat build-up during extended periods of operation. Cooling oil circulates around the spindle bearings to prevent thermal error of the spindle and maintain machining accuracy. Raised column When the distance between the table top and the spindle nose has to be extended to accommodate, for example, a rotary table or fixture on the table, a raised column can be used.
