Copy the chart from the a0h_survey workbook to the Page Footer area in the H Survey Results report. Add your Lastname Firstname to the beginning of the report title. If you are instructed to submit this result, create a paper or electronic printout. From the a0h_customer_service database, export the following documents: Export the H Survey Results report to an RTF file. Save as Lastname_Firstname_H_RTF_Results Export the H Survey table to Excel. Be sure all data is visible in the landscape orientation worksheet. Place your name in a header. Save as Lastname_Firstname_H_Survey Export the H Survey Results report to an HTML file. Save as Lastname_Firstname_H_HTML_Results If you are instructed to submit this result, create a paper or electronic printout. Save the database in your Chapter 0 folder as Lastname_ Firstname_I_Sponsored_Events Import the a0i_customers text file as the Lastname Firstname I Customers table in the database. Verify the Postal Code is imported as a Short Text data type, and let create a primary key. Open the table, and add your information in Record 25. Create the set of merged documents for Records using I Customers and a0i_annual_run.docx. Save the main document as Lastname_ Firstname_I_Run_Main and the merged letters as Lastname_Firstname_I_Run_Letters Create a paper or electronic printout of the letters as directed. Create a new database named Lastname_Firstname_J_Sales_Data From the a0j_sales_data workbook, import the J_Qtrly Sales worksheet as the Lastname Firstname J Qtrly Sales table. Do not import the field (skip) Total. Let add the primary key. Merge this table with the a0j_congratulations Word document, replacing the word Salesperson with the Salesperson field and inserting the 3rd Qtr sales field between the dollar sign and the period. Replace Firstname Lastname with your name. Save the main document as Lastname_Firstname_J_Main_Doc and save the certificates as Lastname_Firstname_J_ Congratulations Create a paper or electronic printout of the certificates as directed. Import the data from the J Quarterly Commission text file as the Lastname Firstname J Qtrly Commission table. The first row contains column headings, and let add the primary key. From that table, create a report. Delete the Date and Time controls from the Report Header, the 4thQtr sum and line from the Report Footer, and page numbering from the Page Footer. Add the a0j Logo in Zoom Size Mode and edit the title to be Lastname Firstname J Commission From the a0j_sales_data workbook, insert the chart from the J Qtrly Commission worksheet into the Page Footer. Save the report as Lastname Firstname J Commission Create a paper or electronic printout of the report in Landscape orientation as directed. It is important that accurate service records are maintained in a database. Many of the mechanics are more comfortable completing the service forms and reports in a Word table. You have been asked to import this information into an table, and then create a report to be used to display the activities of the service department. Create a new database and save it as Lastname_Firstname_M_Service_Records Import the a0m_service_records worksheet. Do not include a primary key, and save the table as Lastname Firstname M Service Records Open the table, and verify all data is visible. Create a report from this table. Add the a0m_logo to the title, and resize it to fit the area. Move M Service Records to the second line of the title and delete the date and time controls from the Report Header. Delete the page number controls from the Page Footer and the Count control from the Report Footer. Adjust the width of each column to fit the data, and adjust the width of the report so it is 7 inches wide. Copy the chart from a0m_1stq_service to the Page Footer area. Save the report using the default name. Unless you are required to submit your database electronically, print the report. end You have completed Project M 4 Project M: Service Records

Project N Club Directory For Project N, you will need the following file: Lastname_Firstname_8N_Club_Directory.accdb (your file from Chapter 8) Lastname_Firstname_N_Club_Directory.accdb Lastname_Firstname_N_Reminder_Letter.docx Lastname_Firstname_N_Letters.docx Lastname_Firstname_N_Letter_Main.docx Lastname_Firstname_N_Activities.html Create a personal database containing information about a club and its activities, if you do not already have one from Project 8N. Name the new database Lastname_ Firstname_N_Club_Directory If you do not have the database from Project 8N, create two related tables, one that lists the activities your organization has planned and the other to serve as the directory of the group. The Activities table should include information about the name (primary key field), date, cost, and location of the activity. The dates must all occur next year; consider attaching directions to the event to the table. The Directory table should include full name, address, phone number, , and an activity they are planning. If you have the database from Project 8N, save it as Lastname_Firstname_N_ Club_Directory in your Chapter folder. Open Word, and create a short letter to send to members about a special meeting that will be held a week from Tuesday. Save the letter as Lastname_Firstname_N_ Reminder_Letter Close Word. In the database, select the Directory table and merge it with N_Reminder_Letter. Save the letters as Lastname_Firstname_N_Letters Save the main document as Lastname_Firstname_N_Letter_Main Unless you are required to submit your database electronically, print the letters. Export the Activities table to HTML. Save as Lastname_Firstname_N_Activities Unless you are required to submit your database electronically, print the webpage. You will be using this database in future chapters.
