Navigate to your student files, open the file w06h_internship_memo, and then save the file in your Word Chapter 6 folder as Lastname_Firstname_6H_Internship_Memo To complete the project you must revise the file by changing the theme, inserting a text box, formatting text, and using various Track Changes features. Include the following changes and make any other necessary corrections: 6Word Change the Theme Colors to the built-in color scheme Aspect, and then save the current theme in your Word Chapter 6 folder as Lastname_Firstname_6H_Internship_Theme Apply the Title style to the first paragraph of text. Insert a Simple Text Box at the top of the document, formatted with a Shape Width of 6.5'' and the Colored Fill Tan, Accent 6 shape style. Insert the text Mountain View Public Library Internship Program displayed on two lines with Font Size of 28 and Center alignment. Change the User Name and Initials to reflect your own name. In the second paragraph of text, insert a comment to check the correct title for Greta Briggs. Following the Date heading, type the current date. In the last paragraph, change the day to Tuesday. All changes in the documents should be accepted. Format and arrange all elements to communicate information and ideas, clarify function, illustrate relationships, and indicate relative importance. 4-process use an organized approach that integrates planning, development, self-assessment, revision, and reflection.
