1 Selecting your dates for your City Lights season pass ticketing can be accessed from this URL: Clicking on the link above (or typing it into your web browser) will bring you directly to our ticketing site. Click the My Account link to get started. All current and last year s season- pass holders have been imported into this new system, but since this is your first time logging in you will need to create a new password in this system by clicking the I forgot my password link. Using the address you have been using for previous City Lights ticketing, enter it in the field provided and click the recover button to have a password- reset sent to you.

2 A link to reset your password will be sent to your . Click the link in the to set up your new password. This will open a new browser window. Enter your desired password and confirm it. The system will let you know that you have successfully reset your password. Since the password data was not transferred over from the previous system you may use the same one in this new system.

3 Go back to your original browser window and enter your address and the password just created and click the Sign in button. You will now see your patron account with your season pass and buddy pass listed as the most recent orders. You will also be able to check the current contact information we have on file and edit any incorrect info using the Edit link. To begin setting up your seats, click the small grey button labeled 1 Tickets just above your name. Click the Order Now button for the first show you want to attend.

4 Click the corresponding Attend button for your preferred performance date from the list: Select the total quantity of tickets you d like for based on the season pass types you purchased then click the Checkout button.

5 You will see a countdown clock at the top of the check- out screen. Tickets will stay available for purchase for 15 minutes from the time you put them in your cart. To continue adding tickets to your cart click the More Events link just under the City Lights mission statement. As you repeat this process for each production, you will see the status of the tickets in your cart at the top of each page. Once you have added all your desired tickets check the final confirmation screen to make sure your tickets are correct. Click the link under your first name to access your account.

6 Highlight your unique pass code and copy it (either by right- clicking and selecting Copy, by using the Copy command from the Edit menu, or using the keystroke combination of CTRL- C.) Click the Cart link at the top of the screen to return to your order. Paste your pass code into the field labeled Enter your Promotional or Season Pass Code Here

7 (by right- clicking and selecting Paste from the drop down menu, selecting Paste from the Edit menu, or using the keystroke combination of CTRL- V) in the field to Enter Your Promotional or Season Pass Code Here and click Apply button. You may do repeat these steps for as many season pass types you purchased (returning to your account through the link under your name, highlighting additional pass codes and pasting them in the Season Pass field in the cart. If you have a Season Flex Pass or are using your Buddy Passes, read the Appendix below. Select your preferred delivery method ( Delivery by is the default) and select I m a Season- Pass Holder from the drop- down list of responses to How did you hear about the show?

8 At the bottom of the screen, check the box to agree to our terms and conditions and click the Continue button. On the confirmation screen you will have the opportunity to print your order confirmation; share on your favorite social- media site that you will attend a City Lights show; and print or save your e- tickets to a PDF. CONGRATULATIONS! YOU DID IT! WELCOME TO OUR NEW TICKETING SYSTEM AND THE SEASON! Read below if you have a Season Flex Pass or want to set up your Buddy Passes.

9 APPENDIX SEASON FLEX PASSES and BUDDY PASSES For those who have a Season Flex Pass or if you want to add your buddy passes to this initial order, you will need to indicate which ticket you want to pay for with the code entered and click the Apply button.
