13 And now- about Zoho Zoho is a Cloud products company. It offers the same options as Google and O365, but it s all ala carte. Zoho has a free version of every product. They are usually limited by number of users or, as in project, a single project but all else premium limits. Zoho does not really bundle any prices. So on the surface things look cheap, but they add up Uniquely, each Zoho product has full support by an independent team. But, there is no general support really Zoho also integrates very well with Google. It s a focus, and uses the products to augment Google. Google can leverage Zoho. Copyright CallahanTech. 18 Niggling issues Microsoft can change what is in a plan at will, remove features, change the interface, discontinue plans. With either no warning, or only 30 days. In my experience, frequent issues with Exchange, Skype, and SharePoint, as well as outages. Google can also make changes unexpectedly, occasionally removing apps, or introducing new interfaces, like inbox.google.com BUT, they give a lot of lead time, along the lines of years. Zoho, with their different philosophy, does not make as many changes, but has had some unfortunate outages. They respond quickly to Twitter, and have specific product forums.
