5 These are tools that available for students, faculty and staff here at LLU. What is Zoom? Cloud meeting service where you can have video meetings with your fellow students. Go to Sign up for a Zoom account using address. Download the Zoom Client for Meetings Go to to login. Either Join or Host a meeting. What is Google Drive? It is a file storage and synchronization service. It allows users to store files in the cloud, share files, and edit your documents. Helpdesk staff will be creating a google account for you and once the account is created, you will receive an with your google drive login information. 8 Tap LLU-EAP and enter your Loma Linda username and password, the tap Join in the upper right hand corner. 7

11 If you have an Apple ID you can enter it now. You can create a free Apple ID at anytime. I will choose Skip This Step. 10

30 Now, let s set up icloud. We need to set up icoud in order to use the Find my ipad app. Tap the Settings icon. 29

32 Sign in with your Apple ID if you have one or Tap Create a new Apple ID. It may ask to Merge with icloud. I will choose merge. 31
