2 Release Notes Resolve Portal Map Loading Issue The link that Dash Portal uses to sign in to Preview to get the traveler map is only valid for a short period of time. If a user loads the Dashboard that has the traveler map on it and then works with the site for more than 60 seconds and then interacts with the map again, the traveler map shows a 404 (not found) error. Preview was modified to extend this period out to five minutes, but Dash Portal users may still see the error after interacting with the portal site for five minutes and then interacting with the map. The interactions can also include resizing the portal browser window, as this causes the Preview map card to reload using the stale link. The fix in Dash Portal was to add code that gets a new link for the Preview traveler map within the expiration of the previous link. Dash Portal now gets an updated map link every four minutes, so the map should always have a valid link for Preview. Trip Sharing in Portal Not Showing UI for User Not in Portal If a user attempts to share their trip or submits a request for another traveler to share their trips, but the address entered is not associated with a valid Dash Portal User, an error message will be displayed to the user as expected.

3 Add Carrier Code Field or Operator Carrier The Travel Details have been updated with carrier information, including the carrier code, flight number, and operating carrier. Remove Shared Trip Pending Requests in Dash Portal Users will have the ability to remove pending Share Trips requests using the X icon. This includes trips that the user has shared with others, as well as trips shared with them by other travelers.

4 Allow Admin/Travel Manager to Change/Edit Title of OBT Creation/Book a Trip Card Users with Site Administration or Travel Manager role have the ability to update Title and Caption that appears on the Online Booking Tool card. Travel managers can only update the title/caption if there are no online booking tools configured outside the regions that they can control (similar to the other travel manager admin functions). Validate RSS Feed During Setup For users with Site Admin or Travel Manager permission, when creating or editing an existing RSS feed, users will not be able to save with an invalid feed URL. There is now a button for users to test the RSS feed validity prior to saving. If they attempt to save with an invalid feed URL, an error will be presented and the feed will not be saved.

5 Update Check-in Efficiency Dash Mobile fills in check in information requested by an airline including such things as first/last name, date of birth, confirmation number, etc. Updated efficiencies to improve process and added additional airlines. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance Updates to meet GDPR requirements including providing users access to Privacy Policy information and data acceptance in Dash Mobile. Call Agent for Global Client Serviced by Travel and Transport Agency For Dash Mobile users serviced by Travel and Transport Statesman, they will be directed to agency appropriate agency team. Updates were needed to support international numbers as well as agency of service.
