Available frm the Intake Cases Manager and the Clients, Other Parties and Case Retainer Tab. User Defined Manager prvides Administrative capability t publish and edit frms based n Case Liability and Sub-liability. Add any type f fields t TrialWrks t keep track f additinal details yu need fr yur cases. Each case can have 2 Clients, 2 Other Parties and 2 Case Retainer frms fr a ttal f 6 frms. TWSearch The new TrialWrks Search indexes all Ntes, s and Dcuments in TrialWrks. New OCR engine scans each dcument and adds a new text layer. Viewable frm the Hme Ribbn after setting the URL Path in Glbal Setting chsing Search this Case r Search All Cases. A webpage is launched allwing the user t chse search terms Specify All Wrds, Exact Phrase, Any f these Wrds, r Nne f these Wrds r by limiting them t Case Name, File N, Dcument Tab, Categry, Authr r Date. TrialWrks OfficeAddin The TrialWrks OfficeAddin nw prvides users with the ability t Save t TrialWrks frm any Micrsft Office Applicatin (Wrd, Excel, and PwerPint). Utilizing the File Save In TrialWrks frm the File Menu, the user prvides the File Name, Dcument type, Case Name, Tab, Categry, Authr and Party Name and the dcument is saved in the Tab and Case in TrialWrks DcuSign Securely sign and manage dcuments nline frm any device with the mst widely used e-signature slutin. TrialWrks has integrated DcuSign int the Ancillary Tab f TrialWrks. Users can nw create dcuments based n templates utilizing the new DcuSign bkmarks. With a single User accunt r Grup Accunt, the user is prmpted t the cmpleted dcument t the recipients. The recipients receive an frm DcuSign, executed the dcument in the apprpriate places and send the cmpleted dcument back t DcuSign. TrialWrks Users are ntified and a Status Check frm the Current Case Ribbn will dwnlad the executed dcument and certificatin int the Additinal and Mre Links fields n the Ancillary Tab. elaw Integratin The TrialWrks and elaw Integratin has been expanded frm the single ffering f NY Supreme Curt cases t include: NY Civil Curt Cases, Federal Curt Cases, and New Jersey Superir Cases. TrialWrks pulls Mtins int the TrialWrks Mtins/Hearings Tab and adds Appearance dates t the Dcket Tab. The elaw 1
