3 How to access Special License Office Website Open URL to apply for Liquor License. Create User Account. You need to signup to access our website as shown in picture below. 3

4 Step 1: Sign Up for New User Name & Password as shown in the Picture d Creating User Name & Password Create User Name Fill in your Address, Passwords, First Name,Last Name & So on. Fields denoted by Asterisks symbol are mandatory, Hit on Save button to get started. 4

5 Login Page Login with user credentials,which you have created as shown below. Note :- Please make sure to remember your user name & address for future,as you will be depending on the user name for renewing license or applying various other application. 5

6 Login Page Your Emirates Id gets registered with your User Credentials. You have only one option, to change your address but you cannot change the user name. We prefer Personal address. Changing jobs would deny access to your official address. For technical issues or change login credentials, you need to mail us on For any general inquiries call us on (8:30 AM. till 3:30 PM. Sunday to Thursday)

8 Primary License Once you logged in to AUHSL website. Click On Primary License for applying a new license as shown below. Please go through Liquor License requirement page in PDF & click on next to proceed further. Next page would take you to basic Information page where you need to fill in all the details & all fields are mandatory. 8

12 Primary License Card Pick Up at Designated Store :- Your License will be delivered to designated store,where you wish to collect. Please make sure to remember concern shop which you have selected for your license Collection. You need to take valid Emirates Id for collecting your License. 12

13 Primary License It takes seven working days to complete the full process,if it is more than specified time you need to visit the preferred store to check for status. In Dash Board the last process is known as delivered to outlet, if this process gets completed it doesn t mean that your card has reached preferred store at same time. It is just collected from our office, License card will be collected from our office by concern outlet representative,so should be en route to your designated store. Click on Next will take you to Document Upload Page. Document Upload Page :- We have attached screen shot for your Reference. Hit on Next, for Document upload page, where you will upload all documents as requested in our website. 13

15 Application Process Document Submission First step :- Choose Photo & upload, in jpeg format. Second Step :- All documents to be in pdf format. Attachment type : ->Emirates Id front side.pdf ->Emirates ID Back Side.PDF ->Salary certificate.pdf ->Passport front page (information page).pdf ->Passport Visa Page.PDF ->Photo.JPEG ->Religion certificate (letter from Embassy in UAE or Letter from church in UAE.) ->Labour Contract required for applicant with student visa, working with student Visa &who are in their parents visa. 15

16 Application Submission Last step would be submitting your application, once done with the process you will receive an application number as shown below & automated mail will be sent to your registered address with this application number. It will be useful in future for retrieving your data as well as to follow up your application. In Dash Board after Administration Approval states Approved then you will have an option to pay for your license as shown page 17. Once payment paid through payment gateway, card gets printed & dispatched to preferred outlet as chosen by applicant. The last process is known as delivered to outlet. Once this process gets completed, this means that your card has been collected by ARAMEX & sent to Retailer Head Quarters. From HQ it will be en route to the specific shop within their network (this does not mean 16 that your card has reached preferred store at same time).

17 Application Submission Note : Kindly note you have two option for your license purchase 230Dhs One Year Validity 460Dhs Two Year Validity 100Dhs For NOC applications 17

18 Application Process-Photo Requirement The photograph required for the Liquor License application is a standard passport sized photograph(digitally) with White background saved in the jpg or jpeg format. Usually the photographs are scanned on a letter or A4 size page, in which the photograph is placed on a corner or of A4 size or letter size which result in with the exact picture to look small. Such images cannot be printed on the license. Crop the picture alone leaving the white area surrounded around the picture. Sample Photo as been attached for your reference. 18

19 Primary Annual Renewal Click on Primary license & select Annual renewal as shown below. 19

20 Primary Annual Renewal You will follow the same process as you did for primary application. Next page would be Basic Information page where you need to fill some Fields. Select Annual Renewal,go through documents requirement page and click on Next. In Annual Renewal page, most of the information will be predefined. System fetches details from your previous application. You need to update some of your details like phone number or any change of organization or Sponsor or passport details as shown below. 20

22 Primary Annual Renewal Click on Next,which will take you to document upload page. You will follow the same process as you did for primary application. Last step would be submitting your application, once done with the process you will receive an application number & mail to your registered address with application number. It will be useful in future for retrieving your data as well as to follow up your application. In Dash Board after Administration Approval states Approved then you will have an option to pay for your license as shown page 17. Once payment paid through payment gateway, card gets printed & dispatched to preferred outlet as chosen by applicant. The last process is known as delivered to outlet. Once this process gets completed, this means that your card has been collected by ARAMEX & sent to Retailer Head Quarters. From HQ it will be en route to the specific shop within their network (this does not mean that your card has reached preferred store at same time). Note :- Please note your need to use the same user name on which you submitted your primary application. If you forgot the user name or your address. You need to send us a mail with Emirates Id number to info@auhsl.ae Concern team will help you to solve the issue. 22

23 Supplementary Application Please use the same user name on which you applied for primary Application, for applying supplementary application. Supplementary application does not require a salary certificate. You will follow the same process as you did for primary application. We have attached a screen shot for your reference. 23

28 Supplementary Annual Renewal Click on Supplementary license & select Annual renewal as shown below. You will follow the same process as you did for Supplementary application. In Annual Renewal page, most of the information will be predefined. Follow the same process till your application gets submitted & you get a application Number. 28

29 NOC : No Objection Certificate People with Abu Dhabi Visa, who lives & working in other parts of Emirates,gets a NOC from DCT (Department of culture and tourism) Abu Dhabi,stating that he/she doesn't have liquor license from Abu Dhabi Emirates. It s a supporting document for processing applications in other Emirates. NOC can be applied if concern don t have primary or supplementary application in Abu Dhabi Emirates. If any license issued in Abu Dhabi & concern has been shifted to other parts of Emirates, ( he/she could apply for cancelation through the website). Note :- Customer can Either have Abu Dhabi Or Dubai License,they cannot have licenses in different Emirates which is not allowed. 30 NOC : No Objection Certificate Our URL for applying Liquor License Step one :-Creating User Account. Creating a User name & password kindly refer to pages (4 to 6). Once user name is created, you need to log in to our website & apply for NOC Certificate as shown below. 30

33 NOC : No Objection Certificate Note : Please fill in full Details of Business address & Residence address. Step One, select No Objection Certificate & Apply For NOC. NOC Requirements has been listed with PDF document, click on next. Next page will bring Basic Information page where you need to fill in all your details as shown above. You need to fill in all these information and click on next to proceed with NOC Sponsor Attachment page as show below. Note: In case of Dubai Residency a Tenancy contract issued by Ejari must be attached, Mandatory Document. Other Emirates people will be submitting attested tenancy contract from respected department. In case residing in a hotel, contract should be provided in addition to NOC from Hotel management. 33

It may be Requested for concern people from non Muslim country depending on their place of birth/name. It is mandatory document for approving your application. (letter from Embassy in UAE or Letter from church in UAE). Marriage and birth certificates are not accepted as an alternative. Last step would be submitting your application, once done with the process you will receive an application number & automated mail sent to your registered address with application. It will be useful in future for retrieving your data as well as to follow up your application. You can download NOC from dashboard where it reads as NOC Readiness. 35

36 NOC : No Objection Certificate Last step would be submitting your application, once done with the process you will receive an application number as shown above & automated mail will be sent to your registered address with this application number. It will be useful in future for retrieving your data as well as to follow up your application. How Do you Download your NOC? You need to login to your website & visit your dashboard page. In Dash Board after Administration Approval states Approved then you will have an option to pay for your NOC as shown page 17. Once payment paid through payment gateway, you will see NOC readiness in our website as shown below. You have to click on link to download your certificate as shown below. 36

38 Special license For Diplomats Kindly Note you need to register for User Name & password to apply for Diplomatic cards. Fill in all fields with asterisks (*) which are mandatory. Kindly Register your personal address like gmail,yahoo & So on. Diplomatic card holder doesn't have Emirates ID, so you will choose others in Resident Country & Submit. Activation mail will be sent to your registered address, you need to activate your account within 24hrs If any account failed to activate within 24hrs, account will get deleted automatically. Login with user name which was created & apply for Diplomats Card Holders Make sure you remember your User name,so it will be required for renewing your Diplomatic License 38

41 Special license For Diplomats Once all Information has been filled, you may proceed to Next page. Kindly upload all required document as shown below in PDF format. Last step submit your application, you will assigned an application number with(mofp). Kindly remember your application number for further follow ups & an automated mail will be sent to your registered address. 41

Once payment paid through payment gateway, card gets printed & dispatched to preferred outlet as chosen by applicant. The last process is known as delivered to outlet. Once this process gets completed, this means that your card has been collected by ARAMEX & sent to Retailer Head Quarters. From HQ it will be en route to the specific shop within their network (this does not mean that your card has reached preferred store at same time). 42

43 Special license For Diplomats Special License For Diplomats Annual Renewal Firstly you need to remember the user name registered in our system earlier to renew you license If User Name or account forgotten, you may mail to our support team at or call us on ,working from 8:30am till 3:30pm 43

44 Special license For Diplomats All details remains the same as per your previous application for Basic information page. Kindly note you will update the information like your passport details or last name or designations & so on. Proceed to next page for submitting your annual renewal application as shown below. 44

45 Special license For Diplomats Once all Information has been filled, you may proceed to Next page. Kindly upload all required document as shown below in PDF format. Last step submit your application, you will assigned an application number (MOFA). Kindly remember your application number for further follow ups & an automated Once Administration Approval states Approved then you will have an option to pay for your license as shown page 17.
