2 2 Introduction An exciting new IBERIA group platform is now available for future requests. The new platform IBERIAgencias.com can be activated with a simple registration using your IATA-number. This booking platform initiates your new request and becomes the communication channel between yourself and IB groups. Advantages of IBERIAgencias.com are: The tool is pre formatted to simplify the process and eliminate error. The processing of the request is quicker. Each group has its own contract with terms and conditions accepted online. The tool allows you to access your requests at any stage to view status, modify or communicate directly with. Make group fare requests. Accept and confirm bookings. Modify a booking. Communicate directly with IB groups. All future communication for new and existing booking with a REF number must take place on IBERIAgencias and responses will be actioned by the team. All changes relating to the reservation are also communicated via the tool. The team will of course be available to assist you with any stage of the new process. The following pages are a useful guide to assist you, step by step through the request process. 3 3 Start page To be able to use the tool you need to register once on Iberiagencias.com
4 4 Registration In the next step you will be asked to choose between two document types: 1. Identity Card Number 2 Agent to add personalised ID ( to identify the user) ie own staff number or company ID in the booking process Please note you will be able to filter your enquires from your own personalised ID.
5 5 After log-in Please click 'Online requests' to open the request mask
6 6 Request mask - part 1 To start click here It is mandatory to insert contact details, therefore please click here. Important Iberia will alert you to a new webmail, so it is important to register with the correct address. Therefore, If you want the notification to go to a generic inbox please add the relevant address.
7 7 Request mask - part 2 Only use city codes, not airport codes. 'Others' have to be chosen in case of open jaw requests.
8 8 Request mask - part 3 Itinerary can be added segment wise here for open jaws For an open jaw itinerary you need to click on 'add itinerary' before completeing each new additional sector.
9 9 Request mask - part 4 Tick the box to include remarks if necessary Currency will default to country of origin of the IATA number making the request. Organisation is the Travel Agent name. Once request is submitted a unique reference number will be sent.
10 10 My requests When the quote is received by Iberia an is sent to advise you have a notification on your 'My requests' page. To open original request click on Reference code. If you have multiple enquires use 'filter search' facility above. Click here to open the quotation. Agent needs to use 'advance filter' to look at all requests, for example by Ref code or name of agent making booking = user.
11 11 Quotation To download group conditions click here. Click here to request the seats to be booked. The fares are quoted per direction and will be added as a total after your flight selection is made. Alternative flights may be quoted offering best selection fares. Please click on 'Yellow Headers' to open specific screen. To request amendments to any booking click on the 'Request Amendments' box above or if routing changes start a new quote. The fare displayed is directional and includes YQ only. All other taxes are applied at the time of ticketing.
