1 NOTE: Apple Installation All devices have to be connected to the same wireless connection in order to be able to connect and print. Step Connect the Brother QL-0w printer with the USB cable and install software for your printer. Click install and agree to the terms. Then insert the CD provided to install the remaining of the printers software to assure proper installation and configuration to your computer. Note: Refer to the printers manual for proper installation to connect printer to the wireless connection. Step Purchase the PrintCentral app from the itunes App store from your ipad. PrintCentral is the application that will allow you to access your Kids Church Check-in area of your database and print directly to the Brothers QL-0w label printer. While the PrintCentral app is installing move onto installing the WePrint application for your computer. The WePrint application connects your ipad and label printer together.

2 Next download the free WePrint application that corresponds to your computers OS X and install. Direct download link: Once installed run the WePrint application and choose from the Initial Settings options and click ok when finished. WePrint home screen should display Server Status as running, as well as the Server address and Server port. Step Click on the Printers tab on the WePrint application to select the Brother QL-0W printer from the list. With the printer selected click the Page Setup button below to customize the paper size for proper printing. Select the Brother QL-0w printer from the Format For drop down menu. Then click on the Paper Size drop down menu and select Manage Custom Sizes.

3 Add a custom size by clicking on the Plus Sign and type in a name for the custom paper size. Then enter these exact sizes for Paper Size: Width: Height:. in in Under Non-Printable Area enter these exact sizes: Left: Top: Right: Bottom:.0 in.in.0 in. in Then click ok to save your custome paper sizes. Step Once the PrintCentral application has finished installing, open the Safari application. Type in your specific church URL to access your church login page. Select the Kids Church icon, type in your username and password to login.

4 Once logged into your Kids Church area select the Kids Church Check-In icon. Next select the service and meeting date. Then click next. Type in the child/children you will be checking in. Select them and click the Check In button. The child s/children s labels will appear once they have been checked in. 9 To print the labels you will need to click the Open in... link within the pop bar that will appear for a few seconds. Note: If the pop bar is not present, click on the label to make the pop bar appear. 0 After clicking on the Open in... link, click on the Print Central app to print the labels. Note: The next step will walk you through selecting the printer and printing the labels. Be aware that it may require a few test prints to assure connection and settings are correct. 9 0

5 Step To select the printer and print the labels click on the Choose button icon. Click on the Available tab to display all available printers and scroll down to find the Brother QL-0W printer that has the WePrint Available status. Note: Printer and server name will very from examples below. In the examples to the right we have the printer (Brother QL-0W-) and server (WePrint:Isaac-Bitars-MacBook-Pro. local) selected. Note: Insure that you select the correct server with the WePrint:your-computer-name.local name to insure correct connection and printing. Under Document - Settings, leave every option to there default settings as there is no need to change. To preview the labels and verify print size, click on the Preview button next to the print button. From here you can verify the labels will print on the correct. label and can even select individual labels to not print as shown in the example to the right. Once you have verified and selected the labels you want printed you may click on Print from the preview window or go back to the print window and click Print. Labels will print and be cut individually by the printer. Note: Label amount will vary depending on the number of children checked in at one time.
