Click on the Download Now button to start the download process. 2. Click Save File to download the file to your default location. 3. Find and Double-Click on the downloaded CSG_FreeSCH.exe file and setup will begin. 4. Follow the setup prompts once a Scheduling Plus icon appears on the desktop, Exit the Installer. 5. Once the software is successfully installed you will be required to enter a serial number prior to the use of the software. 6. Please call or us at sales@csgsoftware.com and provide the following: contact name company name telephone # address Once we receive your contact information we will be ing you a CSG license agreement that needs to be signed and ed back. Once we receive your signed license agreement we will e- mail your serial number that will activate your scheduling software. 7. To activate Software Double Click on the Scheduler Plus icon on the desktop. Follow prompts to enter the serial number provided. Enter Company Name and Serial Number/Activation from welcome . 2 Download the Scheduler Plus Software from the Website The download button can be found under Products Free Scheduler Plus Software Please verify system requirements by visiting our website prior to installing software. If the installation doesn t run automatically you may double click on the CSG_FreeSCH.exe to begin the installation process. Please review this entire document prior to beginning the installation process. The installation process may vary slightly by user internet browser version or windows versions. Please be aware of any computer security and installation safe-guards specific to each work-station as these may vary press 2,2 Page 2 of 5

You may click Run (file will install but will not download/save the file) or Select Save As Browse to locate where you wish to save the file and then click Save to continue (It is recommended to save the file to your Downloads folder. The file downloaded is a WinZip self-extracting file. 3. Close your Browser. Some users may see Windows warnings similar to the example below. Click the More Info button then click the Run Anyway or Yes to any other install permission messages press 2,2 Page 3 of 5

4 If the installation hasn t started automatically: 1. Open Windows Explorer by double clicking on the My Computer icon on the desktop or by clicking the right-mouse button once on the Start button and selecting Explore. 2. Locate the file CSG_FreeSCH.exe file previously downloaded and saved. 3. When you have located the file, double-click on it to launch the WinZip Self-Extractor (If you receive an Open File-Security Warning, click Run). 4. When finished extracting the zipped file, the installation will begin. (Please note that the installation process will automatically search for a Microsoft Access version on your computer. If an acceptable version is not found it will install a MS Access Runtime version with necessary updates during the installation process.) 5. A serial number screen will appear. If you have been provided a serial number please enter it now. If not, click next and you may enter the serial number at a later time. 6. The next screen is the License Agreement. Please read the agreement, then choose the accept option. Click Next to continue installation. 7. The next screen is where the Data Folder install location is listed. You may change this location however it is recommended to be installed in the default location. Click Next to continue. 8. Click Install to begin installation of the software. 9. When the install is complete you will see a new shortcut icon is now located on your desktop. Click Exit to close the installation Wizard. 10. If you have not already done so, please follow the instructions on page one or the website to obtain the required serial number. 11. When you have the serial number available, please double click on the Scheduling Plus shortcut on your desktop. You will receive a message that the serial number has expired. Click OK. 12. The License Agreement screen appears. Please read then click the accept option. Click Next to continue. 13. Enter the Company Name and serial number you were provided. Click OK. 14. You will see a message appear. Click OK. 15. Verify database paths and files listed are correct. (If all installation defaults were used then these are defaulted to the proper location.) Click attach then OK when Attach Successful appears press 2,2 Page 4 of 5
